Just to double check with you, what do you think about?

May aswell keep them, bumble rubbish but you don't have to pay anymore for him, and you need a keeper if you want to play in a league.

waste of cash...I suggest you sack them all and keep hoping for better. Here is a system for you to avoid a big cash waste:

1. Consider all players to have a talent of 3 (pops every 3 weeks).
2. When the player arrives split the remaining weeks until promotion to 3 (example: Kieran Tofield -10 weeks / 3 = 3.3)
3. Add the resulted number to current skill (current skill poor [3] + 3.3 = adequate [6])
4. For every 10 weeks you may add 1 extra skill as a random pop.

Results - in best case scenario that player will come out as good [7] at late 17 years old.

Compare to this:

16yo - Good - Solid
17yo - Very Good - Excellent - he is good ...but not good enough.
18yo - Formidable - Outstanding
19yo - Incredible - Brilliant
20yo - Magical - Unearthly

Now its up to you if you want to keep him...but do the same for all and then take a decision.

Also use some program like Sokker Organizer to keep track of pops. If after a while you see that a player does not meet the initial calculation goals (like he pops once every 6-7 weeks) ...recalculate and change your decision.

Most of all...enjoy doing this every week :)

Always keep 6 spots open for new players and the total spots under 20 ...I think that if you clean up weekly you can easily keep it under 15 :))

One last thing...remember that players pop on Thursday and new players join on Saturday
so you have 2 days to decide who to sack...if you do not want to change your number of spots.

Yes that's what i said ?

I used to have a school like that, yup jealous, but that's luck. no wonder your juniors beat mine recently, but only 1-0 though ;)

Quite a few users keep bad players to the end which is a waste but yeh i'd maybe rid 1 or 2 more but your not sure of the talent the 1st few weeks..

16yo Solid - Very Good then?

17yo Excellent - shall we say? if he is a younger 17yo comes out early, halfway through to the end formidable 17yo needed.

Also i'm positive Unearthly is the highest it goes.

Why keep Christian Wroth 18 poor?

I almost had it covered, you posting maniac, but those 16yo's i'm still a tad unsure about and my technique is the latter skill...

Geoffrey Inns, age 17
value: 28 350 £
wage: 480 £
very good form
height: 176 cm, weight: 73.5 kg,
BMI: 23.74

unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
average pace good defender
good technique tragic playmaker
weak passing unsatisfactory striker

He came out as Very Good today... being 17yo he is good enough to keep and sell for somthing (as it's not half way through the season yet) so i stand by very good 17yo is good enough.

His defender could have been solid and pace adequete pm unsatisfactory, and his tech & striker 2 lower then thats the best he could have been but more to the point worth keeping in your junior school.
2014-12-19 10:31:42
He really isn't very good. Probably the best he could be but still not really worth all that much at all.

No not that good but still ok, he has more chance than alot of the 19yo's i'm seeing posted, that's not to say they are worth nothing, but i think mine is worth somthing.... we will see ;)
