Onderwerp: Do u know leo Messi?

I open this thread to ask about this little football master knowledge around europe.

He's just 18 but he's appearing to be one of the greatest players in FC Barcelona and he's starting to get a place on the first team.

He has played just 5 matches this season because he had a problem with his license and he only could play in CL, but now he plays often and leaves as unbelievable plays like yesterday against panathinaikos!!

I saw the game against panathinaikos... he was really great !... he scored a goal too if i remember correctly ?

He´s very good and talented striker...

yes, he scored the 3rd goal and another one that the referee invalided because he was slightly in outside.

He's a really good player, be carefull with him cause he'll be in the world cup next year...and they say he's the god son... this is, maradona's son.

hehehe, no, of course, it's just that everyone compares him to Maradona.... even Maradona is delighted with him, they are very close.

So he would be perfect to my dream-youth team :P (C.Ronaldo, Rooney and Messi :D)

Hehehe, he's a great player but i don't think he is going to be one of the best strikers in the world because he's not a pure striker, he's very similar to ronaldinho or maradona, an ataccking midfielder or a midfielding (:p) atackker...

Anyway, he's called to be a great player, but i'm sure he we'l be very good not in 3-4 years but less, because he's one of those players that explode very young... be carefull in the world cup coz i think argentina with messi can do great deal...

The only one that knows if he´s gonna be at the World Cup, is Pekerman, personally i don´t think he should be at it. There are a lot of great players, more experienced than him, he barely started his career. He is a great project, and has a magnificent future, but right now it´s too young, and has, to my personal way of see it, a lot of players above him.

Is Deco still in Barca.. what about Giuly ?... Deco, Eto'o, Giuly, Messi, Ronaldinho... pretty attacking..

They're still in Barca...geez their bench could be a quite good team :S
