Two days ago I bought a plus and so far I have not działa.Czy this normal?

Where can I find the data shown below? I'm plus and saw this in the sokker advertisement for plus, but never found the way to get this information for my players:
Borussia Ostermoordorf bought plus with paypal some days ago. But he hasn´t get this.
Plus was payed. This information he has got from paypal. But he hasn´t an information from sokker.

I paid for prolongation 10 days ago and still not in. Today has expired.
