I payed for an anual plus subscription 2 days ago. I was notified that a mail was going to be sent to my e-mail, but I haven't received anything yet. What should I do?

In Montenegro league...few of us want to buy plus...but its impossible...PayPal not working for Montenegro(no country)...Dotpay always refusal...what to do???

International bank transfer should work, I have done that before. But you have to be sure that you are charged for the additional fee (and not the reciever).
