And how many colors are used now? I think I can see 2 colors, red and yellow/orange, but the difference in color is not really clear (on my phone).

Oh, and 1 of my juniors has 5+ as talent, no other junior has this + in talent. Is this a little bug maybe?

As you can see there are 3 colors: green, orange and red orange (red is too strong) and there is also light blue for new juniors.
Regarding the x+ talent is for a junior that after x weeks he is on the same level as in his first week in school. This is no bug - it's a feature :)

And just an idea, but why not use for example when 'expected skill:' is still red, the text 'unclear' or something like that instead of a number? I think text 'unclear' would be a better representation of the reality when it is still red :)

So the + feature in talent is in fact 'talent: unclear' ? Then why not use also in this case text 'unclear' instead of +?

EDIT: unclear can also be unknown, uncertain, unsure or whatever is best for this text :)

14+, 3+ is way better than "unclear". It just give more info. If you have one junior with 14+ you may just fire him but keep the 3+ junior. If both are "unclear" you will fire none.

Expected skill is intended to do the math for you. With the given talent (more or less exact) it computes the level that junior can reach.
