i have nearly forgotten. I have only 1 coach. With a magical playmaking skill. I need at least 2 asistants. So, i must by just 2 cheap coaches with the best playmaking skills and put them as asistants ?

Imo it's best to have 3 assistants, even an extra poor coach is better than 2 assistants.

Maybe it's time to train 15 youngsters. 5 will play only in friendlies, but still better then nothing

Most of the users have 10 young players and use them in friendlies + some minutes in league games.
That means most of the league games squad is built from older players.

Formation training give ~20% of advanced training. no point in wasting youngsters on such training :)

Soon I will make some changes in this tutorial so it is up-to-date, but still as easy to use for new managers.

I have long time injuries, but can`t see any doctors in this game :)

And you can calculate worst possible talent using that number. Skillsum on fresh junior/3.14=exit level

exit level-7.2=pops

Pops/week=talent

Of course player usually have better talent then this, but the numbers here are usable when evaluating fresh juniors on TL :)
