It mean that there is not enough data to calculate player's talent. Mora data -> less spread between min and ma talent

This is how his current "expected trainig points" requirements are calculated. If he will train more in Your team and have some pops in trained skills, those values will be recalculated and it will affect players talent (both min and max).
Can you reset my just bought player Arturo Duarte? I messed up his training history manually. Tnx in advance.
I have a problem with sokker assistant. A week ago I let my defense train defense, my midfield train passing, my strikers train pace. According to the sokker.org they received 100% training. According to the assistant my defense and strikers received 100% but my midfield received 82%.
My main coach has unearthly skills in everything except playmaking.
Do you think it is a bug in the assistant program or something else?!

Briefly, the number shown by SA also takes into account the assistants levels and the main coach skills

I bought plus and deposited the money but it was not opened. If anyone is interested, I would like to send a check.
SA still gives a possible max talent of 4 after 4 pops in 5 weeks in Tech... Is that possible?
First pop doesn't matter. Then you have pop after 2 - so in absolute worst case scenario it could be skill value 1.99999 after the first of these two trainings, then something like ~2.73 after pop to unsatisfactory, ~3.40 after pop to poor, and now skill value 4.00 (again, I'm assuming the worst case scenario).
So it would be 98+98+98 = 294 training points for increase from skill 2.00 (1.99999) to skill 4.00. Maybe 295-296 training points if there is hidden decimal part in these numbers.
At talent 4.00 SA calculates that at age 17 you need 144+157=301 training points total for pops from 2 to 3 and 3 to 4... Weird that it's a bit higher than the number I calculated for the worst possible scenario for your player (294). I believe the maximum of the talent calculated should be calculates as something like 3.92. Maybe Terrion can tell us why it's higher :P
Another thing to consider: I believe SA underestimates training points needed at the lowest levels, and then uses too high multiplier ("Skill factor" in settings) between low and medium levels to make up for that. With current settings some pops for my players from long term general training in one skill are impossible, it takes too many training points on lower skills compared to later pops. This would mean that in reality "worst possible talent" for your player can't be that high.
On the other hand I can't make all calculations right in SA by lowering this setting, it makes points needed at higher levels too low... maybe sokker uses a curve for calculating differences between levels, and it's lower in lowest skills, but comes close to that number SA is using (1.094) at medium and higher skills.

I started to do the assistant because I was tired of making calculations for my players every week haha
But ok, this is how I used to calculate it (it's simplified because I started with factors of 1.1):
Max talent = (((((95 * 1.1) + 95 + 98) * 1.1) + 98) * 1.1 + 98) / 3 / 45 = 4.19
Why do I multiply by the Skill Factor (1.1) every time? Because I need to compare training points from different skill levels. But it's not the same 100 training points to pop to hopeless than those to pop to weak. To calculate the average of two different levels I need to make them comparable, and the way to do it is multiplying by the Skill Factor
Why do I divide by 3? Because I calculate 3 levels. If it were 5 levels I would divide by 5 (it's the average)
Why do I divide by 45? 180 was the training points I needed to pop to weak pace in a 16yo player of talent 4 in the Youth School (according to my experience, I needed some base numbers to work on with), and I divided that 180 by 4 to make a rule of 3 with that, which gives us 45. It's the way I found to get the juniors talent equivalent from the average training points calculated

Thanks a lot both and sorry for the extra work ;-). You are doing great!
