did anyone check that defender who play as MID (when main training is for DEFF position) train as 10% of direct training ? is it really so small effectiveness ?

you mean you train DEF and you are talking about player, who plays in MID position? it is normal to get him 10% from direct training

According to the rules, striker is the only training that every position trains a fixed amount. For the rest of trainings, you choose the position to train faster and the rest trains like a general training

NT managers now can give access to their scouts in the configuration
Scouts will have access to the NT the same way that the NT coach while he is the coach of the NT

Traing slower is not the same as general training. MID position also traing DEFF as a direct training, but slower (in my opinion). Now, I am even try to get some more information about it. I train my player on MID position with training set to the DEFF position and want to see what happend :)
