why do you safe youths without prospect ? If see ending age 19+ and skill 11 lower, fire players everytime.

in end season fired lot of youth.... safe only 9 and hope that saturday coming 2x and will hava enought players for youth match....

I am keep thinking, that he might have some good throw. Like If he can have 30 skills, so lets say 10 PACE, 10 TECHNIQUE, 10 ATTACK/MID/DEF. :D

But never happened yet.

Stamina

28 skillpoints for an outstanding player? He's excellent, tops... The game should not spread lies and false data by default.

Stamina should not have same chance to get, and should have less impact as other skills! 0.33 point should be enough for one stamina skill.

Edit: Or even less!

To get excellent (10) stamina out should take 3.3 regular skills only, then you get other skills more evenly spread or higher skills.

I tought: skill spread from YS, not training speed! Made few mistakes in my explanation... had less sleep. :)

For example: very good (9) * 3 = 27. It should be - skill stamina takes only third of 1 whole skill:
26.66, with stamina 1, stays to spread, 26.33, with stamina 2, stays to spread... etc.
Think it is doable!

(I know it is trained faster)
