You can't become a rich team with some good juniors imo. Mediocre management will let the advantage of some extra millions fade away very soon... At the end the clubresult in the longterm is the result of the managerskills, not of some lucky shots (if there are some).

Yes, but for a talented manager who is young in the game a lucky youth worth 5-10m euro can increase his growth rate a lot, he will simply be able to jump a couple steps in development to a further stage.

IF he invests in stadium, coaches and talented trainees :-)

You Are new started, be patient. Your profit on transfers first 5 months is decent... it will go much faster when you always can buy talents in price range 1,5-10 m eu..... never neglict having 10 trainees, and wait as long as you can before investing in older players

There's no point in paying 10m euro for trainees if you want to make profit... 300k - 1.25m euro is the optimum, especially now with the new taxes

Thats true.. But the situation in my country is different.. There almost no users, I lot of us just got our teams and go to the First league of the country.. And supporters pay a lot more in the first division than the second so everybody are playing for mantaining their positions there.. Me too. But I am also investing.. Otherwise I am going to descend to the second league and recieve half of supportes weekly invest and also I will have no people going to the stadium cause there are all bots..

I am not sure if its the best approach, but i have limits on min calculated outskill for juniors. If they have lower skill then i throw them out, because i know i will not earn much money on them.

Sometimes i have to keep some just to have 10 players for junior league (just to earn some scrap money from tickets).

The sponsors paid into club`s account a total of 72 304 €.
Expenses on junior school amount to 20 000 €.
The club had stadium maintenance expenses of 12 000 €.
Expenses on junior trainer wage amount to 33 325 €
Expenses on coach wages amount to 128 425 €.
Expenses on player wages amount to 57 750 €.

I know I play longer but you can see the difference, and where are you making biggest mistake (long term)! If you rid of all old players you can easily make it trough! Wins are influencing your income just a tiny bit, making it better only for few thousand pro season! If you win the league you get around only one-two weekly income!
