NO MORE stadiums 0% manteinance and with 0% grass...
incomes are LESS than friendly games.

In cup THE LOCAL has no benefits (talking about the game, the play, the referis, etc)
So, why cant we play on THE BIGEST stadium?

Remember, their goal is to cut the money we get.

It doesn’t matter if you get more money or not.
It’s about to avoid injuries because of the shitty field.
I play friendlies with 4 or 5 players on the field and the rest stays aside, 2 times one of my att trained got injury. Guess what, he was aside of the field (1 match in the left side and the other on the right side). Both times got injury. It’s senseless…

Yes but the main goal should be to play for results and rhen rhey should motivate managers to do so. Now peopletend to set their team in corner tactic to fall out of the cup for them to play friendlies on good pitches. If revenue is split in half, new teams will benefit alot from these bonus! Isn't that also a good reason to switch cup matches to the biggest stadiums?

It's been this way for day one though. This isn't some new measure.

Way back in 2010 when I first played, I made this argument. Having it at the better team's stadium benefits new teams more than older ones. 100k makes a HUGE difference for a new player in their first couple months.

Generate new coaches on TL and let managers buy them, that would be fair!

Nearly impossible to adjust properly. How many coaches, which skills, and when to place on TL?

magical coaches are enough, you don't need unearthly ones. I got 4 magical coaches for 2,53M and I am fine.
I think everything around coaches is ok at the moment, no need for changes.

As many as needed, managers need a head coach, assistants and juniorcoach.

And these can change each week. Knowing the skills of coaches you buy is normal, this idiote lottery isn't.

Again, how would you calculate and balance what will be needed?

If you asked the managers, they would always say there are not enough magical/unearthly coaches on the market and they are too expensive.
