magical coaches are enough, you don't need unearthly ones. I got 4 magical coaches for 2,53M and I am fine.
I think everything around coaches is ok at the moment, no need for changes.

You have true if you don't train midfielders. I train my second generation midfielders. First generation started to train with the longer seasons and with 3x15 coaches. That is my second generation midfielders now. I feel the 3x16 coaches really important when a player at 16-21 age at this age you can feel the distance between 3x15 coaches and 3x16 coaches really well, but after then the distance disappear. This is my opinion.

Well you can have 3x 16 assistants, but it’s definitely not „needed”, it’s a choice :) I have 3x 14 and they train great, I see no point in getting better assistants
