LOL, there's no "hard work" involved.

Some people have horseshoes up their rear end and get more good youth, and others don't. No skill involved at all, past getting a brilliant+ youth coach.

Its random, and by hard work i mean perseverence. Whats so hard to understand? And its fine the way it is. With the exception of jumping from average to weak and then good and after that again weak, everything is good.

The youth school system as it stands stinks. It gives to randoms, and others get nothing. It's a lottery.

The only people who support it are the ones that get a great youth pull every season. I know some of these people. Must be nice.

I don’t get one every season yet i still support it. Except for those fluctuations.

Camus: The match engine is enough random for me, thanks. It's bad enough without dice rolls handing out even more unbalanced advantages. This isn't a casino.

Islander, I think you have to take in mind the qualities in my teamname : patience and rationality.
I also have 5 seasons now with almost no income from youth, only expenses. On a longer period luck will come to you though. There is no reason why you wouldn't get a nice youth from time to time.
It would be also a very bad idea to close school. You can see transferprices for fresh youthplayers are very high. One topplayer in 15 seasons could be enough to make nice profit on your school.

I could be mistaken but we’ve been through this before and I’d have been happy to take a number of the players you said weren’t any good. The issue is you have too high expectations and you’re looking for the 1% player.

You could also flip your argument around and say the only ones complaining are those that haven’t had any luck in youth school or who don’t have realistic expectations.

Now before you mention it yes I think there are some things that could be better but I disagree about age reduction because that will make the balance the wrong way. Then what will happen is expectations rise and a new expectation of good emerges that you only want 16yos and not 16-17 etc.

I’d rather see something that makes high end talent and high level 20yos actually worth having. Think that then takes off some of the heat on 16yos and prices might balance a little more if 18/19/20 were compensated for age and so then it just becomes about talent, skill distribution and pull level and less about age. So a formidable 20yo still useless but brilliant/magical have a better chance of being useable.

I don’t really have too many specifics though nor have I thought through it entirely to work out if there are other issues that then arise. I’d still like a way that older players with high talent and high pull level actually get better skills then being restricted to excellent maximums.

Could you change official match from wednesday on friday? It is better for trainink. Week when sell player(almost every guys sell in weekend), do not set player to friendly match, because we do not want risk injuries. When buy player for trainink, must set weak player to A team and it is not good for result.


I will sell in weekend fresh youth, but tomorow will not be to play, and new owner must set him to A team. Wednesday is better day for friendly match.

He can let him have 50% training without risking bad result in official game. It would be single training, not a big deal. And it is even good that user has a choice: "will I sacrifice results for one-time 46% of training for a single player?".

In current schedule swapping day of friendly game with official is dumb. There should be longest possible pause between two league games in the week.

There might be some changes with it in the future, especially due to introduction of international cup. But, for now, from my point of view, the problem is artificial, imaginary, not a real problem.

50 percent training is not good when you invest in quality player..

It's one-time, not constant 50%, a player gets about 150 adv. trainings during career, one 50% instead of 96 or 85 won't make big difference. He will be only about 0.3% worse.

for me is 50% important....

internation cup? I am 44y old... so i will wait for IC to pension??? :D

made only trainink change for better game.. financial change, shorter season, coach retire are not important for me.... other is only facelift and under skin is 80 y engine.
