Season is long. For few weeks I had no good player to be trained in YS but then you can have three during one week. Be patient... ;)

Common, I see in your team statistics some young gun sells since 2018 (so hardly it can be 20 years)...
Also I see that by selling players from your YS you earned 1,1 mld CZK so you are managing your YS pretty well ;) ...no rush

First: There are teams here that make the same amount in two seasons. You cant compare that with 6 years.
Second: From all the players that were sold in the 6 years none were magical juniors, one was brilliant a few were incredible. They were sold good because i have trained them.
I paid about 700M just for junior school + junior coach.
And as mentioned before they were trained, so you need to add other coaches wages, which is hard to calculate between all the players.
But if you say i made 1.1mld CZK you are saying that i lost on junior school.

Juniors don't have to be magical to be valuable. If you trained them and sold them for good money, they must've had talent. Also, the selling prices are pure profit (as opposed to paying a fee on the transfer market).

Yeah, it sucks to have dry spells, and some managers are definitely more "lucky" than others. But I believe that having a junior school generally pays off in the long run. To me, your visible statistics suggest a positive balance for the junior school, although I agree that it's difficult to calculate precisely because of all the factors involved.

If i would not see value in junior school then i would not have it, that is not the question.
Selling prices are not pure profit: -tax -junior school cost -coach wage cost -trainers costs -wages (last two if trained).

The question was if we need junior school reform.
And yes, we do. Although i know there are no resources to work on it. because we need to work on retiring coaches and similar useless stuff :-).

and really need reform gk trainink.... Trainink is so easy and trade is total broken.... If see how many divine gk is in TL it is ridiculous.

i needed B team gk, bought this one for 80 k... in previous trainink gk system was his price 1 mil +

They must make gk the slowest more like pace or harder.. and with for few season we will have less superdivine or at least we will pay more then now...

I meant that you normally have to subtract the trained player's original transfer fee from the profit. Other things stay the same, of course.

I'm waiting for the junior school reform as well ;o)

Less people will train GK, less of them will be on the transfer list, price will get higher.

First of all Juniors school is luxury to have your own NT boosted or even have a squad full of your own grown players, they dont have to be all Divine, magical to be useful. If you want to make money there definitely are better ways.
And not everything needs to be reformed, then you can reform yourself a complete new game as it wouldnt be anynore sokker at all...
