Change the red cards and injuries please. I had no week since the start of the season without injuries or red cards. Never played with my first eleven intact
They released for sale a massive amount of u21 nt players from the Small nations
They have to change the maximum level for each skill according to the junior's age, right now!!!

I had the same experience for 13 years (not seasons) I didnt pull a single player that I would train, until Rosa in 2019 who made NT, then I broke my luck and currently I have 4 U21/NT pulls in last 2 years.
Magical+ pulls are very rare though, I remember only 2 or 3 in 19 years..
Sometimes you have to give a shot to relatively weak 17 y olds and try their talent, for example Karlíček had only 24 or 25 mid points from YS and was worth nothing, now has 53 at 20y..

What the reform should be about (and i know it wont be) is that everyone should have equal distribution of the quality of YS players, on could spread it over 1 season or over 5 or so.
The thing is that some managers get couple of magical juniors per season and even unearthly (which i am yet to see) and that is not only one season, they repeat it often. It gives them huge advantage.
And on the other hand there are managers like me and you that have seen 2-3 magical juniors per 20 years.
Other thing i noticed couple weeks ago, there was a very nice "junior" on TL from a fresh SVK team. It was not actually a junior, it was randomly assigned player at start of the team. When i found him on TL there was bid for 8 333 313 $ and i am sure he went for more. Now that team got a huge advantage right from the start.

How does that work though in practice? Does it care for level of coach or it based on weeks. Like talent is fixed already when they enter and youth coach level just makes them develop faster and be a bit more obvious. Should they all come out the same age or are we again saying people will get unlucky by having their talent come out 21yo?
It doesn’t work in practice due to the layers of rng involved and if it was at all predictable it leads to sack coach/youth school down bring back when I know I can get another pull.
You want equal opportunity not necessarily equal distribution. In the long run these things should balance out for most teams. There will always be exceptions and I understand it’s annoying and frustrating at times due to it.
The reform should focus around improving chances or ways to cut through the layers of rng that exists, rather than give everyone the same pulls. Should there be a pity system for the extreme cases of bad luck then maybe? However, a player may think they’ve never had a good talent but have sacked many of them before they realised because they had higher expectations or didn’t know they were talented etc. You just never know.

Talent is already fixed when they enter the YS.
Juniors would just enter equally distributed, the rest depends on the coach level.

In addition, all teams should have the same number of injured players per season ans the same weather conditions for all games played.
+ Each time a trader makes a profit on a player, the profit should be equally distributed among all others users.
I also suggest we should all have the same stadium, the same players and a the same tactic for everyone to eliminate any variance.

yes.. it was great 18y mid... lot of guys from Slovakia wanted to buy him... But i wrote him, it is not fresh youth from youth school and he has great sumskill but his talent can to be very bad...
