Yes borkos007 I want the countries that cannot participate in the WORLD CUP to gain an advantage with U20 friendly matches.

Players playing in the National Teams (there may be an age limit. For example, between the ages of 16-20) should be ensured to train twice as much as the matches they play in the club teams.

Thus, meaningless U21 national matches gain meaning.

That's unfair and illogical. You want to reward those that fail and punish those that succeed, that's not how it should be.

No, they shouldn't, they should be trained in clubs like everyone. Creating such big advantages for NT players would be unfair and could end up with small country NT coaches taking advantage of such privileges.

+1 nt squads are not for training and personal gain players should be built in the clubs

Yes, one should not create too many advantages for training U21/NT players. From my personal perspective, one can at most ensure that U21/NT players receive a small financial compensation for each appearance. For example, 6 250 $ per appearance. When calculated over a season, that’s not much, but it’s still a nice supplement. And usually, very few actually play 13 times in a season. That would be a financial incentive for U21/NT players. However, I believe other incentives can be created without gaining too many advantages...

Let's assume I'm a NT coach from small country and we have a friendly season. Guess what I've just got extra money coz I will be using my trainees/cheaply bought players, just for sake of money.

That's could be 11*6 250 $ = 68 750 $ - which is my current sponsorship
but You could also improve this money with subs.

Good premises, but bad idea ;)

Camus naar mangol
You could just limit it to 1 payment, though frankly I don't think it's financially worth it.

Maybe have the NT pay the player wages (again, limited to 1 player from each country)
2025-01-28 01:34:07
I see ok having a small extra training as long as the player can get injuried (less than 10 days I would say).

Now we have more official club games, so the senior NT most probably wont use this benefit, but it may work for U21, again...
2025-01-28 02:35:29
why do you want to remove all problems real life managers face too???

just deal with it.... no injuries, no reds, messi and ronaldo juniors to everyone... pathetic old complainers bunch
2025-01-28 02:44:52
how about implementing more reality?

once with injury chances of getting another one get higher in the future?

or career ending injuries?
2025-01-28 08:24:39
or even players' contracts which need to be negotiated - with the risk of inflational salaries or your star player leaving the club without transfer payment.

I don't see the need for further incentifying training for NT.
There are already higher prices paid for NT players from small countries. There is a (small) bonus for stadium attendance.

Finally, it is about community work in the countries to organize and motivate managers to engage for the NT.

Identification with NT, community appreciation and 'NT glory' encourages training of NT players. The tiny individual benefits should not be a decisive factor.

what about this..

if your player get injury in nt/u21 game his salary doesnt count on saturday untill injury gone :D only if he get injury we get reword with -salary
if its nt player thats prob. 20-30+ k at least 2 weeks
2025-01-28 09:24:22
It doesn't change anything, people with NT player won't give a damn about some small salary, they want their 10-20m euro worth players available for club games, not some pennies.
2025-01-28 09:32:02
I know that ppl dont want injury but its random like in real life.. cant predict but if it comes then club get money.. like in real life also when country pays the club if player get injury in nt games.. I mean its better this way to get money rather then get 6k per game :D

like i said many times I'd rather play with chance of injury in friendly u21 but + % on training
2025-01-28 09:38:48
This game is not real life, there's no point in making comparisons and treating this as a valid argument.

cant predict but if it comes then club get money..

...yes and even with that people would prefer their players NOT to play in NT because they can only lose with an injury and gain nothing

there are numerous players in Poland that are "hidden" and their owners ignore sk-mails about skills. Just one team has 5(!) such players.
do you think he will change his mind if he gest some ridiculous money for an injury? he won't, so what's the point of this change?

NT/u21 games should be played in Arcade mode and it was possible... they could at max give extra experience to the players and that's it
2025-01-28 09:52:15
yeah agree with everything you said.

okey then they can play in arcade mode all u21/nt games official and friendly but also u21 must have + % on playing these games.. they always higher paid players cos of that.. :)
2025-01-28 09:58:29
arcade mode means no training, so I don't think you agree at all. no injuries will always = no training.
