You're assuming I'd even have a winger.

Putting a winger into defensive midfield is a risk. The reason they're wingers is because they typically don't have defending to play in that slot. You could just sub in a proper midfielder.

Defensive mid into defence is doable.

You've still got a striker playing wing though. Or somewhere in midfield.

Are there any countries, even outside of the World Cup qualifiers, with 0 or at most one user. Why not combine these 2 or 4 countries and create a competitive league?

It was considered and noone said definetly "no" to that idea, but... There would always be a question where is the limit. How many users do country need to have its own league? What should be done if in one of the countries in "combined" league number of users would increase? Should we remove that country and create teir own country league again? What with promotions and relegations? Or what should be done if in one of the countries with own league number of users would decrease? Should we move that teams to combined worldwide league? Should all start from the lowest league and why? How to convince people in country with X users, that they have too many users and they need X-1 to be moved to combined league?

There are so many questions and there are no "simple" solutions.

The match formation section has been modified several times with big updates. Would it be difficult to add a third tactic as an optional feature?

I don't know if third tactic is possible to add, probably it is possible.
But:
- more tactics = more options, but how many users will use it? I'm sure for now notmore that 5% uses two tactics in a single match
- maybe trying to achieve something with two tactics is more difficult, more challenging, than having three? Having three tactics would make the opponent more unpredictable. We need a balance between predictability and unpredictability and I think two tactics are better for that (but that's only my opinion)

In my opinion, training and competing should not be mutual exclusive. Everyone could train and compete. Maybe a u-23 league instead of this junior league. Or any other idea. It would be pointless to have a farming team if you could train and also compete.

Why doesn't ‘our’ SOKKER game finally adapt to the daily reality of the real football world?

Right now, I see 4 countries with a total of 5 users. Over all these years, they have never exceeded, for example, 500 active users. Just in case, we could create 1000 teams that will most likely never be assigned to users.
This proposal of mine was only to give those 4 users a bit of ambition and interaction. It will be boring for them to always see bots everywhere. Advertising campaigns have brought many users to Sokker, but then, who stayed? Almost no one. Think about where there are only bots and the user doesn't see anyone on that forum. There are some of these users who, as soon as they open the game, don't even know how to find certain settings. I understand that an interactive tutorial isn't possible, but an email, which we tutors in Italy are sending to all new members, could have been set up automatically. Or even a simple video through YouTube, temporarily. From my experience as a tutor, I can say that a solution needs to be found because the money spent on advertising has almost all gone to waste. The tutor staff needs to be expanded and given more consideration (plus free)
I understand what you wrote, and you're right.

Regarding the third tactic, we should open a survey, but we need to understand if the owners are willing to add this new option in case. We always say that only a small percentage wants a change to the game. I think about the topic of national teams when it is mentioned that there is a small percentage of user consideration towards national teams, yet many people follow the matches. The same applies to this new change; the community should express its opinion through voting.

and it would make the game too easy for farmers and rich trainers, while pushing smaller teams out of the market entirely

Sorry, know-it-all, but that's been the case with this 10 "workout" restriction for a long time since it was introduced and you didn't even realise it or just deliberately ignored it?

What do you want to test? It's logical, you just have to think.

If you have 100 top training teams then they can MAX train 1000 top players.

If you allow them to have 16 training spots, then they can train 1600 top players.

So "other" teams who can now buy young players from 1001 and down in your scenario would have to buy players from 1601 down.

What is there to test? Top teams have more money, their ONLY limitation is max 10 training slots.

Give me 33 slots and I will be able to fill them all with great trainees, zero problem. But then the rest would have to train garbage, because all valuable youths would to go to same richest teams.

The thing about a 3rd tactic is that you'd still be limited by your original formation. You can't for example change a 4-4-2 into a 5-3-2 properly. You can change the shape but not the orders.

Its still all better choices then putting a striker down to defence. Which was the dilemma you presented. Orderwise its No hazzle anymore and problem you told solved. Now you start talking skills instead of order, well substitutions can be made.

You're getting as bad as Borkos for misrepresenting what I said and then criticising the result.

There is no way to fix a formation that starts with 2 strikers. Only imperfect solutions.
