Becaue of the change that everyone has the opportunity to train it's own GK, most people are only looking for 16 / 18y old GK.
Also...the interest in buying GK has dropped down with at least 50% because most are training their GK further on, because GK went for very cheap money lately, and nobody wanted to sell their GK for a large loss in money.
Therefor you could buy this player very cheap!
I'm sure the seller will be furious though :-p
