Ok, thanks :)
It was a bit of a weird bidding. Price was at 5 million. Someone bid 7.5 immediately and all action stopped, except my bid. Hence my doubt.

Now lets see what his talent is going to be as that was a bit unclear (cant be bad with these skills). Else in 2 seasons, sell for 8 million again...

I saw it yesterday. I think it is a good price, especially if you add profit you made! ;) Great sale! Nicely done!

I think its good price.

About the market, one thing is strange for me. Few people are talking about the price of players that is going down. I'm not a market expert, or even know the fair price for players. But what i see a lot of players been sold for much less than was bought this last weeks.

I dont know if it doesnt reach all players. But many that i was following are been negotiated each week for lower prives.

If the intention was actually that is working. But many people having loss in training wont be happy.

There is no problem with making a big profit on transfers.

If people are losing money on training over longer time then either they overpaid, bought a player with bad talent or they had a bad training plan.

Well sometimes it’s also bad luck, but if it happens often then the reason is above.

Its OK. I'm not complaining. I think that was the intention to fight inflation anyway.

I just want to point that Its actually happening very fast. Prices are going down. Each week i see lower in some players that i follow. And maybe players are not aware that is happening.

And that it has a good side and a bad side. A bad side is the loss with training. Players maybe were not overpriced when they payed. It was the fair price when they bought. But now the price is lower. And they have loss. Maybe its happening too fast.

Player prices fluctuate during the season. I doubt it’s possible to assess this by an eye test on a small sample, you’d need to analyze big data for that.

I follow the 16-18 market and I don’t yet see a big change to be honest. I will compare it with previous season data out of curiosity.

In fact I believe the mood changes have NOT influenced the ticket / fans at stadiums yet because they failed to introduce that. But it’s not confirmed.

Although I do believe that the tax changes had an effect on transfer market by limiting the mass traders. Before they made bid on every player, now I rarely see them. I noticed only 1 of them during this weekend.
