Why this stupid drops keep happening!?
It is so tiring to see so much nonsense constantly . Have they changed something in older players? Because the rate of drops per season is a bit scary

The worst is that he received pace training while dropping 2 times within 3 weeks...

Who was the brilliant mind that introduced this? Hail Mary come on
I had a striker in the past who also was receiving training.. he dropped pace 2 consecutive weeks. These issues are becoming more common
It's always the pace, always the fkn pace

Imo it should not drop until 34 and then it should be able to be maintained by training up to the age of 40!
With the shorter seasons, the players drop faster than they became to be. I don't see problems in keeping challenges within the managing system, but this is not a challenge, but another random nuissance!
I suggest, making training for U23 players not match fixed, making training for 24 till 30 possible without drops and making players from the age of 31 till 34 unable to train, but still able to maintain their skills with matches played and formation training.
Beyond the age of 34, maintaining skills could be prolongued with advanced training.
We want to enjoy training and skill progression for young players, as well as encouraging playing for prices with a strong A-team. This is the way! And it certainly will help bring more joy to the game!

The most annoying is the random factor.
Too much random in this game.

Well, it's kinda like irl...players lose pace and agility with time (which is normal) but some lose it faster as others.
For example, Ronaldo at 39 would have smth like brilliant pace...on the other hand, Hazard at 32 would have 10, after being 16 at 26 ...so maybe his player enjoys burgers a little bit too much

Not realy as in real life, there you can train it.
Youth is random, form is random etcetera, without any possible influence.

Yes and no, pace is in vast part something you're born with, you can only maximise your potential, but you won't beat people with better genetics for fast/long runs. It's the same with playmaker (vision) or technique, you can train but if it's not something you were born with, you won't beat a certain level.
you can even see that with the "pacey" players who got a serious injury like ACL rupture. They can train all they want, get the best surgery, have the best physios etc. but they will never get their max pace and agility back, it's just gone.

Please.
When you reform the youth school, make sure the players train all skills. The random distribution should be when entering school, not when leaving.
Franco Banegas, age: 19, height: 174 cm
value: 120 500 u$s, wage: 1 625 u$s
club: Batacazo FC, country: Argentina
form [9] very good, tactical discipline [0] tragic
stamina [5] average, keeper [2] unsatisfactory
pace [0] tragic, defender [8] solid
technique [10] excellent, playmaker [5] average
passing [1] hopeless, striker [9] very good

Paco
.. and young player who leaves youth school should have at least 4 pace
Why is the pace training still much slower than the others? Before, we were able to train 22 players on pace program, and maximum of 10 players on other programs (even just 6 for striking and 2 for goalkeeping). It was huge "advantage" and it was normal to slow down that kind of training. I don't see any reason to keep it that slow.

NT friendlies are like arcades?
Can I play with injured/red card players? And these matches don't count towards training and can't injure players right?
Anyone can confirm

i think no.. just dont have chance to get injury.. but cant use injuried or red card player :)
+1
I also think that 0 pace when exiting after at least 6-8 weeks in YS is not an option.
And also like borkos007 said, "pace is in vast part something you're born with" so never 0...
