Suggestions Injuries and Stadium
I could make two suggestions: 1st) The amount of injuries is being absurd in my team, apart from suspensions, I've already lost at least 5 players with more than 20 days away, a striker injured 2 times in a row this season, losing 2/3 of the competition. Wouldn´t can create doctors and physical therapists to be hired and cut time in the medical department? After all, the time between official matches has also decreased. I had a big problem with the number of injuries this season. Decrease the number of three training assistants and create figure of doctor and physiotherapy to reduce time injurie. 2) Is it not possible to changes the colores of the stadium bleachers? My team is green, I would like the colors of the stands to be green and not red.
Another suggestion would be the creation of a Recovery Center (Ex. how create a stadium) in which the injury time would decrease.

Suggestion about sponsorship
Make more options in choosing sponsorship deals. Add that every Manager have to sign a sponsorship deal at the beginning of a New season.
Sponsorship deals should be permanent and not influenced by the on going season results.
I suggest that sponsorship deals would work this way: if your team finishes in top 3 next season you would get even better sponsorship deals, if you finish in safe zone or stay in the same League when Qualifications are over the deals shouldnt change if you drop into the lower League the sponsorship would drop.

I would like to have 3 tactics available, and that they are executed not in certain minutes but rather in certain markers.

I dont understand why still numbers of the supporters quitting my team every week even i win by big scores ????
Also the incomes from the sponsors by more than half ( from about 304 000 $ to 136 000 $ in one week even i win all my games and after maybe lose friendly game and the match of CC last season ????
And whant to ask about training after new changes in the season and playing 3 games per week because they mentions that no players get trained in each week after more than 3 weeks of training????

I hope it's ok to put in an answer here:
For countries with a very low amount of users (like Morocco or New Zealand) the new league structure (12 teams per league instead of 8) did promote up to four additional bot teams into the premier division. Bot teams have low ranking points and less supporters, thus the league is - drastically - less attractive to supporters and sponsors. So the financial gap between countries with a just very small amount of active users compared to teams from bigger nations is getting much bigger caused by the new league structure.

Moreover reducing number of divisions, also cuts drastically income… the bottom up approach or sponsorship only benefits big countries

From rules:
Placing a player up for sale involves a transfer fee of 2.5% of the starting price. After the transfer, the seller has to pay tax of 5% on the received price. If the player is not originally from your team and is aged 23 or under, then a further 5% of the received price will go to his original club.
