My question is if the auxiliar trainers had Any Impact. It seems with the new rules that auxiliar trainers would have Zero Impact on training.
So for the 10 slots i expect zero impact because rules shows that do not work here
And for the formation training, i do not know if it is marginal or none.

I guess you mess up the shown intensity (% in overview) with the real training.
trainers don't have any impact on the intensity, but for real training intensity is only one factor, talent and headcoach and assistants are others. The impact of assistants didn't change with the reform.

No, i'm not messing intensity with assistants.
The training is some like
For the 10 slots:
TrainingIntensity (by minutes and type of match) x skill of main trainer (NONE here for assistants or some of the global skill?)
For the Formation
TrainingIntensity (by minutes and type of match) x global of main trainer( (is used some global skill of assistants?)
form is affected by assistants or only minutes of match? skill decay? and things like that
I do not read the assistants where they affect the formation training, or even if affect with the new rules. I do not need to quantify the data (i would extrapolate), but at least where they are supposed to be affecting the training...
In plain words. What the assistants are supposed to do? skill training in slots? skill training in formation? both? form? tactic discipline? all? are their global skill the only skill used?.

why do you think that? assistants always had an impact and they still have, everything else would be a huge bug. But I don't know any data that would suggest such a bug.
check DD 64: - The real increase in a player's skills depends on the coaching staff, with the value of the coached skill with the head coach having the greatest influence, followed by the sum of the overall level of the assistant coaches.

Why i say that phrase means nothing? Because it can be viewed as the assistants in formation training will improve the trained skill by a second round (the formation training), which is much pretty the same as old training. But their phrasing is confusing.

P.S. Penalties in this game are just a joke! in 3 last games i had like 5 penalties and ofc 0 goals! :)

But without jokes, you are right, i dont understand why so most penalty are loses and a lot of 1 vs GK arent releases...

It's easier to score a header from the outside the box than a 1 vs 1 situation, or a penalty kick... Sokker META.
Probably a similar situation to the Champions League final :D
