Where can I change my team's logo and my profile picture? Is it allowed without the plus thing?
both are possible to change without plus, but if I recall correctly, the team logo is not shown if you do not have plus

I have another question to which I could not find the answer elsewhere. What influences training speed? I know that talent and age play the most significant role. But are played matches and experience also taken into account? For example, if I have two players with the same skills, age and talent but different numbers of official matches or different levels of experience, do they train at different speeds?

let's say that we're training pace and I set pace as trainign for each game position (gk, def, mid, att)
player #1 plays 90mins on a friendly and 90 mins on a championship match but it is not among the 10 players that get the advanced training -- > in the training section, the training efficiency will be equal to 98%
player #2 (mr. plays 90mins on a championship march and it is one of 10 player that gets the advanced training -- > in the training section, the training efficiency will be equal to 96%
are you sure that player #1 will get more training?

Advanced training is the real training, so player #2 will get significantly more training than #1. Please read dev diary 66:

Player #1 will get around 4 times less training than player #2.
100% formation training is around 25% advanced training

Salaries should be adjusted with the age . A younger player should be payed more than another with the same skills. And another thing : I have a 33 Y old goalie with a huge salary but he droped at passing one week after I bought him.Shouldn't his salary drop a little before the end of the season ?
younger players in pro sports ALWAYS make less money than older players. Because they have less experience.
How come I (like a fool) bought the plus package and I can't even see my logo!? When I write on Sokker, no one answers there!
