Devs could have just let players get default 50% training when injured + minutes played in week of injury and most of the complaints would be gone...
How many weeks of general training compares to a week of full training?
That is for 16 / 18y old players...
GT for training expands each season...
GT for training expands each season...
not true
same way older players need more advanced trainings for improving a skill
6-7 GT will always equal 1 AdvT, never mind the age/skill level
same way older players need more advanced trainings for improving a skill
6-7 GT will always equal 1 AdvT, never mind the age/skill level
It's a way of perception...
6-7 gt equals 1 training at a young age
players need more training in later ages.
So each training needing more gt is one way of looking at it.
One player needing 7 gt at age 18 for a pop from poor to weak passing
a player at age 23 will need far more gt to pop from poor to weak, considering the preferences for obtaining gt are the same...

It doesn't matter
Even at age of 27 the amount of 6-7 GT will still be equal to 1 AdvT at the same age

players need more training in later ages.

you are comparing gaining GT at different ages in comparison to gaining a pop in skill, not to Advanced Training
One player needing 7 gt at age 18 for a pop from poor to weak passing
a player at age 23 will need far more gt to pop from poor to weak, considering the preferences for obtaining gt are the same...
going by your example
age 18, 7 GT needed to passing from 3 to 4
age 23, 14 GT needed to passing from 3 to 4
yes, but at the same time
age 18, 1 advanced training needed to passing from 3 to 4
age 23, 2 advanced trainings needed to passing from 3 to 4
the "nominal value" of GT in comparison to AdvT stays the same, you just need more GT/AdvT for a pop in later stages
what you are referring to is more like such statement:
"at older age you need more GT to pop" - yes, but you also need more advanced training to pop at older age
"gaining +x GT at younger age means more than at older age" - in a way yes, but it is in the same way true about AdvT
Even at age of 27 the amount of 6-7 GT will still be equal to 1 AdvT at the same age
6-7 gt equals 1 training at a young age
players need more training in later ages.

So it's a way of perception... poteetoes potaatoes :-p
You can also look at it as this:
training for an 18y old = +-100% training
Training at age 23 = +- 50% training compared to 18y... So it's double the amount of gt within a training...
In the end it's the result that counts... and in that part we were both right :-)

You Arent that good at math xD
Its not a matter of perception, its numbers
Its not a matter of perception, its numbers
It's the way you look at the numbers, so always a matter of perception.
