I show 5 plays here that I attacked through the middle, I do not rely on winger in my formations... my game plan is thinking about a hybrid play between the centre and the sides, to wingers act well need the centre to help and vice-versa, the wingers was never and never will be the most important position in my tactics, whatever the formation that I will use (433, 4231, 343, etc...)

Every meeting is important and to be honest I was already expected that he was to play with 5 defenders when I see he changed the stadium because is a thing he did it last U21WC too.

First, there are two coaches that I have tactical reinterpretations of. Two tactics that are my default.
Del Piero's 4-2-2-2 and Woody's 4-3-3, with infiltrations from the midfield, sometimes turning into a 4-2-4.

About the game:

Very smart on the part of Del Piero, playing in a small field, and with 5 players on the defensive line, avoiding a one-on-one with Woody's attack.
