Congratulations to the champion, to Spain even to all the participants, the negative note of the World Cup is the non-participation of the Netherlands despite the fact that the developers knew of the error and did not correct it

very tough match, where it seems that Spain had everything under control, but in the end it escaped. The final result is not fair, but football knows nothing about justice.

I would like to interview the U21 World Champion, will you agree manager Del P1er0 to give us some answers?
1. To begin with, can you introduce yourself to us, and write a few words about yourself?
Im Montenegrian have 31 years old gym and diet instructor and sokker lover.
2. The U21 World Cup has come to an end. Romania U21 led by you won the World Cup title, congratulations; tell us what does it mean to you? How do you feel? Did you believe in this title before the World Cup?
Wining the title with Romania U21 means I fulfill the ultimate goal what was the aim when I took the job. Speaking about feelings, year its great and was exited but same way cos 4 things:
1. I fulfilled the main reason why I took the job
2. I repay the thrust of Romania community
3. This is my first title as u21 WC coach
4. Its first U21 title of Montenegro coach
I always believe in things I do, but as in real life same in the game not always depend of you. Here you face other skilled players, on random conditions and you need the pass as winner the sokker engine. So You can never be sure will you win the game on the road to became a WC champion.
3. Which representations impressed you? Which representation surprised you on the plus side, and who disappointed?
Here when we come to the final I can say no one surprised me but no one disappointed.
If u talk with numbers Poland has to be the disappointment if they don’t win the title but to judge this way just with numbers what we go say when Montenegro took the WC title that all participants disappointed or that they were less skilled, nope we cant judge this way…
Here all coaches are committed to same goal, but they for sure don’t use the same methods and same tactics same players so here is the difference, so to give the judgment on someone is easy but to be right its not so. Also we cant forget the qualification for WC and whole preparation to took the place on WC, for some communities it’s a same difficult goal as for others to take a medal.
4. Which match was the most difficult for you?
The most difficult match for me…They are all same difficult group one and elimination stage. All games are small finals and same way important.
5. Please name 3 managers at the World Cup who have done great work and progress in your opinion?
Don’t find proper to mentioned just as I find that all managers are good.
One managers I respect lets say little bit more are tsolas, woody, michele79, Mega-Adry
Tsolas…his way of thinking and positive approach and commitment from year to year
Woody…his way of making forum and sokker u21WC not boring but very alive competition
Mega-Adry..first girl to win the WC (as I remember) in “men” game (women power)
Michele79… he made Montenegro WC winner with 14 active users that time, who can do better than he did?
6. Do you have a plan in your mind for the future, will you continue to coach Romania U21, or would you like to work in another country, what country?
Romania community is good one and I feel as part of it second home. There was some skepticism on the beginning from few users, think cos they didn’t know me, what I find also a normal to be afraid of unknown. But now days we have them on positive majority side what is good to be. A Romania community is very united and I hope this result will make us stronger. So even don’t thing to go to try to take new country.
Now im focused on next qualifications, and next WC as soon all goes from beginning.
7. You are a very experienced manager and highly regarded in the world in the game sokker, what can you advise other managers on what you think needs the most attention when leading the U21 national team?
There is nothing to advice to managers who are here as we all play this game from year to year there is no secrets here.
8. What do you pay attention to when analyzing the U21 opponent? Do you often change tactics?
Always focus on yourself and give your best, the result will come if not today than tomorrow for sure. That’s the best tactic u can use as on sokker engine u cant affect.
