Brasil U21 National Coach: Lucasmiir
1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1: My name is Lucas Mir, I'm 30 years old and I live in Brazil. I started playing sokker in 2009 when I was just 15 years old.
In that first team, I didn't have any great achievements, I just played training young players. I had this team until 2015 when I ended up losing the team because I forgot to login for over 1 month.
I returned to playing Sokker in 2019 with a team in Spain (I was living there at the time), but I ended up returning to Brazil in 2020, so I decided to close the team I had in Spain, to open this current team in Brazil.
In this current team, I want to play competitively, I recently competed for a title in league 2 in Brazil, but my team is in the process of being reformulated, so during this time I decided to lead the Brazilian team.
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2: Brazil had a good team last season and we were also in a very calm group. So this classification was 0 surprises.
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3: I consider Group A a difficult group. Brazil and Italy have teams with similar levels. And Hella also has a good team (and an experienced coach) and could surprise. Brazil has a great chance of qualifying. The team is pretty cool. Anything other than that I consider tragic.
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4: My goal is to win the World Cup. But this is certainly a very difficult objective, but I will do my best to finally bring a gold medal to Brazil.
With the current Brazil team, any result before a semi final I will not be satisfied. But I consider success if I reach the Final.
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5: I consider that the Brazilian team this season is well balanced. 3 stars on the team... as it is a well balanced team I will put 1 of each position. Israel Pedroso, Aloísio Pimpão and Leonardo Ambrosio.
6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6: Brasil, Romania, Spain, Polska
7. Name 3 national U21 teams that you think have a chance to be a nice surprise at the U21 World Cup
7: Colombia, Ceska Republika and France or Uruguay.

2-We had a very difficult group, but we managed to qualify
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3- It is a very complicated group, all the teams have a high level and great coaches, it will be difficult but we are very excited to achieve classification
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- The goal is to be champions, it is difficult but we will try
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- The strength of my national team is the union, the entire community is united with the objective of making our team grow.

Group D National Coach: iyi insan olmak lazım
1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1-
Hello, my name is Emre, I am 34 years old. I have been in sokker since 2021. During this process, I generally trained young players. My biggest success as a club was to reach the top league of my country. Even though I could have become a champion in the top league, I returned to training young players again, so I did not play very competitively in general, but from now on, I will be in a side that always aims for the championship and especially wants to be successful in the champions league.
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2-Last season wasn't actually a tough fight. We were the team that played superiorly in all the matches, we only lost to Norway in one match, but I think we played superiorly in that match too. We finished the group as leaders with 9 wins and 1 loss and participated in the World Cup.
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3. Frankly, I am happy with the group. But anything can happen in Sokker, so we'll wait and see
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4. I would like to reach the semi-finals, but our squad is not as strong as we expected this season, so it is very difficult to predict, but we will do our best.
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5. We have been very weak as a midfield for two seasons. Last season we had to manage almost the whole season with 3 midfielders. This season is worse. I have one really good midfielder, the rest are very ordinary players. In terms of defense, we are not bad, we are not very high-level, but we are good. Unfortunately, on the forward side, I have complaints about the players' techniques. The star player of the team is Artun Ethemoglu as a striker, Mesih Kozan as a midfielder and Özcan Ölker as a defender.

1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1.My name is Lukasz, 40 years old, I have been living in Norway for 10 years. I'm Polish. I have been playing sk since 2006, but with a short break of 3 years.
The biggest success is probably the fact that I'm still here :D
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2.it was a nice surprise to advance from 1st place with one draw, but each match against the Czech Republic, Mexico and Israel was a little stressful. For the 5 seasons that I have been with Estonia, it has been the best generation, unfortunately this season I returned to the previous level.
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3.my group is very balanced with a small advantage of Belgium. Any result is possible, even draws
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4.Promotion from the group will be a success and we will see what happens next
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5.Estonia has a very balanced squad, there are no strengths or weaknesses, there is no big star here. On the plus side, I finally have a world-class goalkeeper and the next seasons are also promising in this position
6. Name 4 teams that you think will win medals at the U21 World Cup
6. it's obvious Poland and Romania, but I'll add Germany and the Czech Republic to this pair, which have a very tough group. Trainers of Romania, Moldova and Hungary, be afraid, the Czech monster is coming :D

8.my rival from the qualifiers is my favorite. Let it stay that only Estonia won against the Czech Republic.

Srbija U21 National Coach: dzungla
1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
Hello there,
Here are my fast answers! :D
1. My name is Dzungla (RL nick), playing this game almost 18 yrs (2 month short) and in sokker my biggest achievements both in the world and local are the bronze medals *(World Cup & National Cup).
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2. We've qualified for the WC through the eye of the needle. Our group was very tight except Germany who grab the number one spot from the start and they didn't let it go til the last round.
Vietnam might won the second spot and it wouldn't be undeserved but at the end, huge amount of draws was fatal for their placement!
Also I would like to congratulate to the brave Egypt who took their chance and participate in one of my biggest fails in choosing starting 11 (nicer way to say: underestimate the opponent)in my whole career as a sokker player!
At the end, we've qualified as last team in the last pot with the smallest point amount! But we did! \o/
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3. Our group is very strong and I think our chances are very small!
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4. Anything except the medal is a failure!

5. We are THE TEAM and that is our strength! Weaknesses is something we'll keep for ourselves!

1. Hello, my name is Michal and I am 35 years old, I have been playing soker since 2007 on and off, and my greatest successes are yet to come ;)
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2.I took second place in the qualifying group, pushing Croatia out of the World Cup, but I think I fully qualified because, apart from winning against the Croatians, I also won against Turkey, which I will face again at the championships ;)
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3.My group at the championship is very difficult. Germany and Turkey are clear favorites, but playing without pressure may turn out to be a success for a team like Norway ;)
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4.I don't have specific goals for the championship, I will fight for the best result in each match, I have arguments to make surprises, and it remains to be seen whether I will succeed.
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5.the current age group in Norway is interesting, I have a strong team, but I don't have any mega super stars in the team, there will also be 20-year-olds playing, and who knows, maybe 19-year-olds too ;) but I think I have players who are able to achieve a nice result and make a surprise for us. championship ;)

1- Hola a todos, tengo 26 años, como muchos recuerdan estoy al frente de la selección U21 de Cuba desde hace ya un tiempo. Juego sokker desde el año 2016 cuando mi hermano me comentó sobre él y decidí aventurarme! La selección me ha traído los mejores momentos... un 2do lugar en un mundial U21 obtenido por mi buen amigo alienomo, del cual aprendí mucho y luego el 3er lugar conseguido por una generación muy poderosa bajo mi dirección!
2. (español) Cuéntanos cómo valoras la promoción de tu selección nacional a la Copa del Mundo Sub21, ¿fue una lucha difícil o esperabas esta promoción?
2- Fue una clasificación bastante interesante, aunque desde principios de temporada mi objetivo principal era la promoción, el equipo respondió bien y terminamos llevándonos el 1er lugar del grupo!
3. (español) ¿Cómo valoras a tu grupo en la Copa del Mundo Sub21? ¿Cómo califica sus posibilidades de representación en este grupo?
3- El grupo es bastante parejo, si miramos el ranking somos la selección más "débil" por así decirlo, pero trabajaremos fuerte para seguir adelante!
4. (español) ¿Cuál es tu objetivo mínimo en la Copa Mundial U21 y cuál consideras tu éxito?.
4- Por el momento solo me preocupa pasar a la siguiente fase, en el mundial pasado la selección no tuvo un buen desempeño!

Česká republika U21 National Coach: Germanek
1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- Hello All,
My name is Tomasz and I am 39 years old. I am living in Wrocław very beautifully city in Poland. During my studies I met my wife and stayed in this city. I have two children 8 years old daughter and 2 years old son. Maybe in the future they will play in sokker :P Sometimes my daughter is asking my why I am hidden during Saturday around at noon…
I have played sokker since 2006, but current team is my second. My biggest achievements are second place in the second league of Poland, promotion Ireland u21 on World Cup and the bronze medal of Czech Republic team u21 during last World Cup.
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- World Cup Qualification was very difficult for me, because at the beginning I lost two matches against Estonia and Mexico. Of course I believed that I will achieve the promotion but after these two matches each match for me was like the final of World Cup. I achieved promotion after second match against Mexico, but I decided also that current season is my last as the coach of Czech Republic U21.
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3- I have very tough group. Romania is the favorite to win World Cup, because this team has very good players and Caballero-Negro who is one of the best coach in sokker NT and u21. Hungary has also strong team and very experience coach. Moldova played very good WCQ so I think that the matches during group phase will be very interested.
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- The goal is to achieve the promotion to World Cup cup phase. Then I would like to play the good matches and we will see what happened.
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- The Czech Republic team is very equal. We don’t have super star but my first squad and reserve players are similar so I think that it will be our strength.

Suomi U21 National Coach: kesis
1. First, please introduce yourself to us.
1- Hello. My first name is Jari, just like Litmanen. I am 47 yo Finnish and live also in Finland. I started soccer on April 30, 2006. I have coached the Finnish national team before, both U21 and adults. For a few seasons also the England U21 team.
2. Tell us how you rate the promotion of your national team to the U21 World Cup, was it a difficult fight or did you expect this promotion?
2- I was a little lucky in terms of the group's victory, but I knew that we would make it to the World Championships. It was a fairly even battle with Moldova. Finland did not have a very high-quality team, and the player material was narrow. Fortunately, there were not many injuries.
3. How do you rate your group at the U21 World Cup? How do you rate your chances of representation in this group?
3- A really even and tough group. Spain is the first to advance, but there is a tough battle for the second place. I think that Finland even has the weakest player material, but we will to fight to next stage.
4. What is your minimum goal in the U21 World Cup and what do you consider your success?
4- The goal is second place in Group F.
5. Tell us something about your national team, what are its strengths and weaknesses, or is there something missing in the team? Name the 3 biggest stars of your team
5- The weakness is the poor player material. The goalkeeping situation is a disaster. Not a single goalkeeper who should be number one. Similarly, there is only one midfielder at most. Weak wingers 2 or 3.
The strengths are in the defenders (4-5 pcs) and one good attacker.
The biggest stars: Tommi Hännikäinen (ATT) , Kaarle Koppinen (DEF) and Petri Vesama (DEF)
