2- Wıth My own Club I got 2 Silver Medal in Champions Leauge, A lot of Türkish Cups , A lot of Super Leauge Champions. I got Silver Medal On World cup with EESTİ , I got Bronze Medal With Turkey U21 on U21 World Cup, 2 Times with Azerbaycan 1/4 Finals on World Cup. 2 Times 1/4 Finals with Turkey on World Cup

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I love Wing tactics. My Faourite Tactic is 5-2-1-2 . First for me Defense important , Because all atacks start with taking the ball.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- THis season we are weak at the defence . 2 normal defence with zero form and others not good defence. just have 3 mids , 2 of them defmid. My strikers interesting. ı have 15 ,13 ,7 stirker, ( he dont want train striking)

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- I will try to up at this group, Really hard group. I want fans come stadium and never shut up. we will do nice work together.

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- I want at least 1/4 Finals. My squad is to weak this season but that is Sokker , everything is possible

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- I want them get full the stadium, Never sit down and shut up. We will try every thing on the pitch.

8- İf not Slovensko , Polska it will be.

10- Sometimes ME is crazy and bad but that is our life for Sokker. Sokker is our child, we cant leave him. Just enjoy Sokker

11- Please solve the form problems, And no drop skills under 30 years.

12. What do you think has changed in the game, and what needs to change?
12- As before ı said , bad forms are more and skills drop early. I think 28 days rule are bad maybe 14 days enough for send the player who you dont like .

It's time for me to answer these few questions for you :)

1. Traditionally, please introduce yourself in a few words :) write to us what you are interested in, what is your hobby.
1- My name is Krzysztof, 47 years old, I live and work in Poland. Playing sokker is my hobby, and the biggest event for me right now is waiting for a granddaughter or grandson who is on the way :)

2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- My history as a national team coach is visible above, I am a coach with quite a lot of experience, my greatest success is winning the World Cup bronze medal with the Finland U21 national team. However, I also have a big distaste and dissatisfaction when I was leading the Poland U21 national team, and I remember being eliminated after a good match in the 1/16 finals of the World Cup with the Colombia U21 national team, the result of the match was unfortunately 0-1. Now I'm with the Hungary U21 national team and I remember this match with Colombia U21, I'm more experienced and I'm putting more effort into leading the young Hungary U21 team, and the effects are already there. I started working with the Hungary U21 national team with the ranking:

Currently, I am in the forefront, very close to the podium :)

4th place after the last draw with Poland U21 and victory against Czech Republic U21 is a nice Christmas present for me :)

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- My favorite tactics depend first of all on what team I have, what skills my players have, and it is for them that I have to create the best tactics, the second step is to analyze my opponent, and make adjustments to the previously prepared tactics. I have to admit that in my plan for the World Cup I want to use a few settings, do it in such a way as to surprise my opponents, I don't want to be predictable.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- The Hungarian U21 representatives are very well trained by their coaches. We are a well-coordinated team, and very ambitious, with an experienced coach, we are a dangerous rival for every opponent, our matches have already proven it, we are stable in every formation, we are not as strong as Poland U21, but we have our strengths in every formation, and we want to use them at the World Cup.

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- The quality of my national team? I can't improve it myself, I have to count on my friends in Hungary, it all depends on them, how strong we are now, and how strong we will be in the future, I count on cooperation, I count on my colleagues Hungary. Together we can do anything, together we will win the World Championship title for Hungary, that's what I'm here for, we'll do it together :)

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- This is my first World Cup with the Hungary U21 national team, it would be nice to win a medal, even a bronze, but it won't be easy, I'm ambitious, that's why we will even fight for the title of World Cup U21 Champion, but in fact my goal is to work for the future and success for the whole community Hungary U21, which is called Hungary U21 is the World Cup U21 Champion :)

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- Together we are going for great success. I am counting on cooperation, I am counting not only on myself and my skills, I am counting on working together with young Hungarian U16/21 players, and I thank you very much for it. I am writing together because I also want to train the future representatives of Hungary U21, and such a raisin in my team Coco Jambo trains :)

Hello Krzysztof,
First of all, I would like to thank you for the excellent organization of the forum in every sense.

1. Traditionally, please introduce yourself in a few words :) write to us what you are interested in, what is your hobby.
1- My name is Andrija Dragojevic. I am 30y old. I came from Podgorica capitan city of Crna Gora.. I am a big fan of Chelsea fc, sokker and football in general are my passion since 10y..
I have degree at ETF on basic studies but dont find that satisfying and i work in almost family business for a 10y..
Also I'm crazy about skiing and maybe soon will be one of instructors.. ( we have a lack of snow in our ski area in recent years :( )

2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- With this team now which is 3y old now, last season was my best ( won the league, lost final in the cup, and the biggest result was 1st position in a group with u21 crna gora in qualifications for this WC, we started from pot 4, and that 1st position send us in pot 2 for draw for wc. it makes a little easier group for us but also it will be a difficult to make good result bearing in mind that we are not at the peak and that we have a much weaker team than last season.

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I always try something new that is not 532 but most of us in sokker use 532 or 5311 wing.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- I think our team this season have better def and gk but weaker mid and att.

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- We try to train all of u21 players and help country with the best training system

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- My goal for this wc is at least to be 3rd in the group ^_^

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- ,,Ti si naša prva ljubav, Crna Goro volim tee,,

8. Who will win the U21 World Cup?
8- Romania maybe can win.

9- My top 4 countries are Argentina, Polska, Romania and Bulgaria.I haven't scouted much so I'm not entirely sure but they always have top squad.

11- Please listen our community and do your best to make some improvments.

1- Hi, my name is Branimir, also known as Dvaposto, brOni, and recently 2posto!
I like electronic devices and precision machines. Actually working at one size 6 die-cutter!
When I'm not working, I like to play strategic games and shooters!

2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- IMHO, my best achievement so far was to bring a little bit activity and competition to our small community! Second best - I qualified to WC with Hrvatska U21 in my first try! ;)

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- My favorite tactics are 4-4-2 and 5-3-2. Defensive or offensive? It's difficult to say, as every 21y generation has different qualities. Some are quicker, some better at defending, but if I can choose: rather defensive tactic + counter attacks!

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- We have decent generation again, defensively strong, but squad depth makes me concerned.

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- As I'm coaching my country of origin, we discuss all training issues in our national forum already. Sometimes, at this level, one skill more means a lot in players performance or tactical settings. My advice is: keep up the good work! ;)

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- I expect Hrvatska to be tough opponent! We talk on field, and our goal is to score goals! :)

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- I'm proud we achieved to play on World Cup and we don't go there only to participate!

8. Who will win the U21 World Cup?
8- It is always good to have hope... ;) But Polska has strong team, and expirienced coach. Think they have best chances to win tournament!

9. Pick the top 4 teams of the U21 World Cup.
9- Polska, România, Magyarország, Deutschland

10. What would you like to say to all users of the game sokker?
10- Don't give up! Even it doesn't seem so, every user is important, has unique approach and quality to succeed!

11. What would you like to say to the owners of the game sokker ?
11- It is really nice to see it is actually moving forward! Like in sales, if customer see he is treated respectfully and his opinion has been heard, helps them to stay loyal to game and decide to play further.

12. What do you think has changed in the game, and what needs to change?
12- More spokesperson helped a lot, and it is refreshing to have someone on other side of the line!
Sokker is too much relying on random factors: few changes like possibility form to goes up more often, less mistakes in junior trainer evaluation, injuries length, new trainer recruitment method could be nice too!

2- There is no such special, outstanding luck in this game. But for the very first time, in the very first game for the national youth team, in the first game I won the Polish youth team. Back in 2015. This motivated me to continue running for national teams

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- depends on the opponent.

4- I guess I'll keep quiet about it))

11- I would like to combine the 11th and 12th questions) It would be better if they removed this new law on the account of coaches. The bad thing is that they are leaving the club after the season. I spent 1/4 of my cash balance. But I couldn’t find a lvl 16 trainer.

1- My name is Iuliu, a 42 yo basterd, playing Sokker with the same joy as in the early years. I like traveling and enjoying life with wify.

2- As a coach, I had a modest final with Ro U21 and a bronze with the senior Romanian team.

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- Corner tactic, so no injuries. :) 2nd is 532 because is the ideal one here.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- This generation is not what I was expecting. The strengths are the players, the weakness is the coach, me.

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- I always advise users to train players balance, and to train stamina, without it they are useless.

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- My goal is to win the next match. No expectations, because I'm not a lucky guy, and ME hates unlucky men.

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- Pray for the team and have mercy with me. I got tired of writing... pause, please..

1- My name is Kaloyan, 34yo from Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. I'm working in advertising industry. Hobby... I'm also futsal and minifootball player and a big fan of Levski Sofia. Everything related to football is my hobby :)

2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- Bulgaria U21 is the current world champion! Thats enough :)

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- I prefer offensive and always press the opponents, but this is not always good idea. I make my tactics towards our opponents and their strenghts and weaknesses... Also important is what kind of players we have.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
4- Strenghts - our biggest is our small community. We are looking 2 seasons forward... We have small group of players and our goal is to make them competitive to top U21 teams. If we have more defenders, we transform some of them as mids and counter also. And more, and more, but this is our little secrets. :)) Weaknesses - small group of players.

5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
5- For now - nothing. We are world champions and second season we are enjoying this.

6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?
6- Expecting... to continue enjoying 2 more seasons... :))))

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- To expect more surprises from us

8. Who will win the U21 World Cup?
8- Previous seasons shown us that everyone can become champion with some luck. Why not Bulgaria again...

9- But favorites are same Poland, Romania, Italy, Brazil...

1- Hello to all. My name is Ernest, I have been the manager of the Russian U-21 Youth National Team for several seasons. Interested in kayaking and football of course, especially cup games - UCL, UEL, UECL.

2. Fans of the National Team you lead, and others interested in your person would like to know your success in the game sokker, so what can you brag about?
2- Personally with my club Trud Voronezh I won the national championship twice and the national cup four times.

3. What is your favorite tactic, formation in the game sokker ? Do you prefer the game defensive or offensive ?
3- My favorite tactic is to pull the opponent into my half and make a fast counterattack. I love playing with fast wingers, but I don't have them in my team unfortunately.

4. Please write us a few words about your team, what are the strengths and weaknesses of the team?
5. Tell us what is your idea to improve the quality of your representation, what would you advise the community of your representation in this topic?
6. What is your goal, requirements before the start of the U21 World Cup, what are you expecting?

4-5-6 It's hard to write something smart about my team because most of the players have changed and they are new. We're just getting to know each other. Basically I will try to field a squad in the best form and dedicated to the opponent. My goal is to get out of the group and I'm gonna strive to achieve that.

7. What would you like to say to the fans of your national team before the start of the U21 World Cup?
7- I think Germany can be dangerous and will win the tournament ultimately.

8. Who will win the U21 World Cup?
8- Previous seasons shown us that everyone can become champion with some luck. Why not Bulgaria again...

9- Top 4 teams of the U21 World Cup are - Germany, Poland, Hungary, Romania.

10. What would you like to say to all users of the game sokker?
10- I would like to wish all users great emotions related to the World Cup, have fun and happy.

11- I would like to say a few words to the owners of the Sokker Game that recently not many valuable juniors have been coming to the Trud Voronezh youth school and it would be good to change that :) but if seriously, cups such as UCL, UEL and UECL could be introduced into the Sokker Game.
