1. Tell me about yourself something about real life ,and something about your country, what we can't know!
Hello everyone! I am 51 years old, I spent half of my life in Germany and the other half in Greece. For the last 4 years I moved to central Greece to personally take care of my demented mother.
2. You get into the quarter final with Germany U21, and one time do got a silver medal on an U21 WC. After then you tried yourself at the seniors in Germany? How felt the difference?
I also made it to an NT world cup final 2 years ago, when I assisted coach osci_oscbourne in NT Germany.
About your question:
- The first big difference is the shit storm. People don't complain about U21, but when it comes to NT, a few people go crazy. First I noticed it in several countries and then I experienced it myself on the German forum. Two idiots (one of them was me) and one mod with narcissistic behavior is enough to create a toxic environment.
- Second big difference is that with NT one has more players to choose from and can better evaluate the importance of various skills (like form, discipline etc.)
3. After you finished your work, you choosed Al Maghrib? Why you decided choose this country? What is your plan with this team. This is a long term or a short term work? Thats true really hard to win, when the manager didn't vote for everyone.
I wanted a stress free environment to complete my assessment of the importance of various factors (skills, etc.). So, this is a short term job and Morocco is a better fit, also because I like the NT of Moroocco in real life.
4. How you feel Morocco future, as I collected a calculated squad I can see the squad really old. Did you speak the U21 coach, have any talented players form the younger players who can reach world class level? Who are these players?
It seems that a rough period awaits the Moroccan NT. Most of the best young players should have higher skills according to their age. Before I leave Morocco I will send a skmail to the few Moroccan users with a simple advice and it is up to them if they are willing to change the fate of the Moroccan NT.
5. Did you saw the African Cup this year in the real life? What is your opinion about this?
Yes, I watched some matches. Despite the very hot weather conditions, many teams managed to create even more pressure in the last 20 minutes and many games were decided in those last minutes.
6. What can be Morocco's weaknes and strong point?
The weak points are the goalkeepers and the forwards. The salary of the main goalkeeper is €12,450 (49,800 PLN) and there is only one striker with more than 42 points of striker skill and he is injured. Strong point? Let's wait for week 9 to see if I manage to build a strong point.
7. What is your plan in the African Cup?
For me it is still too early to talk about a plan. I don't have much experience with low-skill players and I'm still in the testing phase.
8. Could you tell me something about the other teams and managers, what do you expext from them?
People who run smaller nations, such as African countries, are usually not afraid to lose and also do tend to take some risks. That is what I expect and I also expect participation in the tournament forum. I was delighted to read the interviews of coach Kadirdey (Algeria) and coach PrezesWojciechowski (Kenya).
9. Who can be your biggest opponent or the manager you fear?
The biggest opponent and fear is simply me. I hate making wrong decisions and repeating mistakes of the past.
10. If you need to bet. What is your bet for the 1-3.places in the Cup?
1. Sénégal, 2. al-Jazā’ir and 3. Kenya
11. Ifyou need to lead a country in the future which country would be attractive for you?
Hellas and Türkiye; I like the nentality.
12. Finally who is your favourite African player and African team in the real life?
My first love was Cameroon with Roger Milla, later I discovered Nigeria and lately I have been amazed by the fans in Morocco; check out the video below and the mesmerizing atmosphere:

If we see Morocco. They didn't performed well in the WCQ. One of their strongest point some defender, and his star player Alaoui, who was 3x17 striker (when he was my striker), now I don't know his skills. Morocco mostly played with classic 4-4-2 with 2 defensive midfielders and 2 wide midfielders. If we see their squad. Morocco have an old team mostly, and don't know what about their younger generation players. There were so many NT coaches nowadays. This year Tsolias will lead this team in the African Cup with so much experience.

South Africa couldn't have made the breakthrough against higher rated teams, but beat Tunis 2 times confidently and played 2 narrow matches with China and got 3 points against them, and close the WCQ with 9 points.
If we see South Africa was the highest ranked African team, on the world ranking table it seems now the new generation players can be a big problem for south Africa. This squad is really small and so many old players here. Maybe this can be the last dance and last chance in this African Cup to reach a good result. So many players among the defenders play as a defensive midfielder. Big question the big secret, the younger generation what will bring for South Africa. Need so many good young player for the senior team in the early future.

Interview with Clauditza the NT Coach of Misr (Egypt)



1. In the past I made an Interview with you but you led the Misr U21 team. Now you can lead the Senior team on this Cup. What was the main reason you changed with Gexge (who now lead the U21)?
This change should have taken place since last season, but, being the official matches for the first team, we decided together with gexge to make the change this season. The idea is that my free time is a bit limited lately and I thought it was easier with the first team compared to the U21 - especially since it's a friendly season. We will remain in this formula until the managers in Egypt get fed up with us :D
2. Tell me something special about your country Romania, what we can't know or a little secret about you!
Romania is among the most beautiful countries in the world. We have a superb relief because we are among the few countries that can boast of mountains and beaches. As a people, Romanians are welcoming, communicative and entertaining.
3. Did you follow the last African Cup in the real life? If yes, what is your opinion?
I did not follow and it is not normal to give my opinion.
4. How you feel Egypt chances or you plan in the Cup? If I need to bet Misr wil lbet in the best three team.
It is hard to say what we will achieve in this tournament. There are several factors that can influence a game. However, we have a mature team that can produce surprises. As a personal goal, I propose to win every match. If we will succeed or not ... we will see.
5. Tell me about opponents and managers how you feel them?
As I said, my free time is extremely limited. For this reason, I go in very rarely, and when I do I have to solve all urgent problems. I don't know the opponents, but I will document myself before each match.
6. Who can be your biggest opponent or the manager you fear? Why?
I only fear God. Coming back to the game, I'm afraid of the errors it has quite often. Injuries, eliminations... all can change the fate of any match despite the preparation you do.
7.Who will get the gold, silver and bronze medal?

8. What can be Misr weak point and waht can be the strong point?
At this moment, the players' experience is the team's strength, and my lack of free time can be considered a weak point.
9. Speak about the future a little. The seanior team. After 2-3 seasons, need some fresh legs in the team, because the team is too old. How you feel whose players can become world class level or get into the senior squad, tell me some name from the younger generation or the U21 team?
For Egypt, a difficult period is coming because there are many players over 30 years old (maybe some will play until 32-33 years old). The team has grown in recent years, but a decline may also come. Our objective (with gexge) is to stay between the 70-80 places in the general ranking (don't forget that we were in the last place when we took over the teams (both at U21 and at the national team). As future stars, I would say defender Bakar Bashshar (22 years old), who will soon be a starter in the team. At U21, we still have two forwards of the future, Amir Zaid (20 years old) and Hady Abutreika (19 years old), who will definitely make the step to the first team after finishing their junior year. Speaking of U21, if we had quality defenders, the team would have a good chance of qualifying for the WC. It is difficult, however, with only 3 junior schools in a community.

Gexge lead this team at the WCQ stage this team. If we see only the results Misr get only 3 ponits, But if we see their matches os stats, we can see how unlucky was Misr. If they are lucky they could stole more points. They played two really good match against the rgroup favourite Slonensko, the beat the higher rated Peru once, and played two opening game with Island, and one against Cuba. They had only 2 match in the WCQ where I suppose they were really far from a good result and the luck. Misr didn't get big really defeats from their opponents.They tried to play with 4-3-1(winger)-2, and 5-2-3(2 st+1wg) formation. I feel Gexge finished a good work with this team. But now they replaced with Clauditza, who led Misr U21 team for a long time.
