3,99 only possible if you have top coaching stuff (at least 14 level assistants) and he popped from 6,99 to good pace.

When I take in account difficulties with talent estimation from YS recently, I must say 3.99 is not bad at all!
But certainly hope this isn't worst talent case mentioned! ;)
