Are Sauber's and Renault's managers assholes too? Because Grosjean and Pérez were on the same strategy - albeit with reversed tyre order :)
It's too bad it didn't work out, but it made sense to cover Vettel rather than trying to get passed Hamilton by stopping right after him. The only problem is they didn't follow Vettel when he fianlly went in to try to remain in front of him. Still, it was either 4th or 5th, given our tyre performance - and the one by Sauber and Renault.

but renault and especially sauber are known to be very protective to the tires, so they were quite sure that 1 stop will work without tradeoff

I hate Alonso, and if you're after bad team managers, look at how many times McLaren have screwed over Hamilton and Button this year. Hamilton would walk this championship otherwise.

you can blame on mclaren's tattics but you'd rather be happy of ferrari's way to self-distruct their own projects
look at what they did with alonso during last gp, I mean you spend the most and you have the worst car, how could you be sto stupid to screw up your driver once he's luckily ahead of the race????

McLaren are worse, because multiple times this season, last season and since 2007 they've messed up badly. The pit-stops this year have been appalling, and with arguably the best car this season they're falling away.
At least they have a descent car. Fernando just puts the Ferrari where it isn't supposed to be.
