The level of the coach gives bonus to the players' performance, the training bonus is determined by the 'training' discipline. You can find the Manual in the forums of the game.

I am not sure that I can afford youth coach salary also...

Youth coach is much more expensive than senior coach. With money you have you can get good one(level 4, I guess) and his wage will be arround 250 000 € / week (that´s wage of mine who is L 4)..
Well, he affects training quite a lot. You can surely gain some 1,5+ skill points / week for a player around 15 with talent 5.. But still it is rather big investment which repay only if you train enough youths (more you have, more you get; till 18 they get no wage).. .)
You can pull new youths next sunday.

Those youths are not bad. They won´t be superstars but you will be surely able to sell them (hard to say for how much as the market is changing quickly as new generation grows).. .)

Will Slovenia be added?

When you get there 10+ users, then sure! :P

For those, who STILL havent joined OSM:

OSM is a quite new game (for example - I joined on 22.05.2011 19:20:52) and it is still beta version. Although, the game owner and developer (Trusis, from Latvia) is improving that game a lot - he listens current users and their ideas (communicates with the community!) and ads new features very often. Right now OSM has about 300 users and counting.

So, why should YOU join us. Here are some reasons:

1. Friendly administrators&moderators;
2. Active forum life;
3. The game is very easy (Manual: http://www.oneskillmanager.com/index.php?page=forum&show=category&id=13);
4. Many (international) competitions to take part and NT-s to lead;
5. Short season (soon after WC Finals starts season 4!) - at least 3 games in a week, league season is 6 weeks long.

And those were only some of the reasons, why to join OSM!

I really like the simplicity.
You dont have to remember each of your player skills and its really easy to put out the best available team you got in any formation you like.

You can spend your phoenicans also for forcing players from bot teams without league in the transfer market (1/player) or to create(2)/join(1) the Custom cup.. .)

Generally: solid youths, although you have to find (or pull .) ) better ones to get profit. Still however there are no future stars (NT level), Mart Päike is going to grow into a very nice player.. ;)
