He is a good player, but how can you see him being as good as players like Ronaldinho, Maradona, Messi, Ronaldo etc.

Imo he is a player who will be more regarded as to like a Nedved/Kaka/Figo etc.
and I don't mean his style of play, but his status. Even these 3 that I mentioned are all extremely good and I don't see how Neymar could go/be so far ahead of them. Maybe slightly, but still not in the same category as the best of the best.

(Figo is the weakest out of the 3 I mentioned)

oh sorry, my question is unclear.. didn't mean about neymar skills (I agree with you), I thought why do you think he couldn't prove himself at PSG? Because of the club, country or?

Looked about Ballon Dor winners and it does support your claim, last "out of spain club (Barcelona, Real M.)" winner was CR in 2008 with ManUtd and last french club winner (Marseille) was Papin in 1992.. and the only one..

Because PSG used to be a shit club until Qatar invested. Now they have a shot at the CL.

Bayern Munich's last Ballon d'Or winner was 1981, so it's pointless to look at it like that.
