good picture you posted :)

The 'left elite' knows nothing ... the populists are known for the intelligent and honest politicians.

Well, on the other side, he didn't mean that anyone in the parlament had never done a proper job.

btw I find the oxymoron "political scientist" pretty amusing. :-P

and now that Deutsche Bank is near to crack we are going to see that in EU we can change the rules for bank bail-in and public helps..

now ever economist claims for necessity of public help, Draghi will allow it etc etc..
But this were not done in this years for Cyprus first or for little banks in italy (and in the rest of the reich), why?

To be clear: you want the bank to take your money away to pay for their mistakes?
I find the principle "too big to fail" a bit idiotic. On one side it means you have to save that company at any cost. But where does that money come from? From taxpayers or private bank deposit.
How many high ranked banker have been punished because of the failure he's responsible for? That I don't know. There's always someone to take bonuses, but there noone to take the blame. In the Kerviel affair, his superior stated he didn't know what he (Kerviel) was doing. Bullshit!
Sacrifice the pawn, that's what it's about... It's still the case now...

To be clear: I want the banks to be saved by public.

But I was saying that it is done (in the past and in the future) only when it is needed by the banks of one of the core countries (Germany and its inner colonies (Belgium, netherland, austria) plus France).

In Italy we had the "bail-in" regulation working last months (and lot of people lost the money saved by a lifetime, some of them suicided, some other got into violence etc.), for he same in greece they accepted criminal conditions (Greece is almost no more a industrialized country..)

Why I'm saying this? Because it has to be understood what in reality EU is.. a domination of europe made by the financial core of Germany (not the germans as people).

bla bla bla, colonies. You are an LP, stuck in the same groove for many years now.

MODs, this topic is useless, Brexit is done.

Read your own posts, always the same shit on Sokker. You add nothing to Sokker other then your constant anti EU nonsense. Troll

You don't add anything either. That the EU isn't good for his population is obvious. How is that anti-EU nonsense. Come on, just try to explain why it's nonsense.

As I already wrote, that depends of the country you look at. Poland is doing great because of EU help. Just back from La Gomera, they are helped very well by the EU. Many countries and regions are helped because of EU money. Because you don't like the EU doesn't mean countries are all worse of because of the EU. Stop lying and stop making claims as if you know it all. You don't want to have a discussion, you only have monologues.

MODs, topic should be closed, it's all about politics and as far as I know that's not allowed anymore. And Brexit is done, useless to keep talking about it for many weeks afterwards.

According to you, many countries are going better thanks to €, but the one you are citing doesn't belong to the euro.zone (Poland still has his own money). Could you tell me, how Poland is doing better compared to before?

I could cite you Greece, who's doing pretty bad. Debt increasing, massive youth unemployement (and also high unemployement in general), health system near collapse, reappearance of third world diseases.
Spain, Portugal, Italy and even France aren't doing well too. With high youth unemployment too, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises closing down (the economic tissue of a country, the big international companies only consist of a minor part of the available jobs).
And afaik everywhere in the EU, the median income is decreasing, even though life is still becoming more expensive, and the taxes are raised.
The treaty of Lissabon even prevents every country to raise the median salary, as it "would" create inflation in other member-states.

As for the euro, prices have increased drastically in every country at the moment it has been introduced. In one of the last, Lithuania, prices have nearly doubled at the moment it was introduced.

Is that still nonsense for you?
The EU is not working. Having more EU won't make it work either. The whole construction wasn't made to make Europe stronger, it's clearly working the way it should, weakening all of the countries in Europe. Including Switzerland, which is doing much better than its neighbours, but we feel the crisis too, the situation is worse than before the euro-zone has been created.

Meanwhile, £ started crashing again.
And most scientific funding of EU to UK is being cut, hurray. Glad I didn't move to Scotland 4 years ago :)
