Why would anyone be creative if they don't get paid for their job? I know that this would work in an ultra left star trek kind of world, but we're not living in that world. Therefor, I also consider it a crime to share people's work without their consent.

I think your objection is superficial.
the technology was not invented yesterday and the " digital revolution " is the fourth example of the industrial revolution based on knowledge and production processes and tech .

man always think he's living history for the first time, but if one reads books.. he find out the contrary.

anyway, it is important (and funny) to remember that almost all of the innovations that led to the digital revolution , including the OS , the hw , middleware and their marketing has been made thanks to PUBLIC FUNDS , and invented by people who have not enjoyed of the copyright...

maybe some cliche should be checked before being believed .

There was one actor who recently came up with statements that there are numerous peadophile cases in Hollywood - that noone gives shit about...so you're correct
