They need to contact me first to check for the final goals, are they pure sell of PLUS to existing players or get more people to start playing it. Also my fee for creating a 1 campaign would be 10 years of PLUS :)

Ok you can create 100 campains and you get 1000 years of plus ;)

imo all of this discussion makes no sense. There are new users joining nowadays but the real issue is retaining them. you can spend time on campaigns but whether you have 10 or 10000 new users per day wont matter if retention is 1%

imo onboarding experience is not ideal

I agree and disagree with you Tad. If they have 10000 new users per day and fix a decent amount of things in game, it is a bigger return on investment for them.

but the order should be fixing things first and then improving onboarding and then getting users. if they get 10k users and they all leave, they wont come back again

It's a big world - there will be others ;o) In my opinion, this everlasting waiting for "things to be fixed" is not doing the game any favors.

i guess that depends on how long it takes to fix things :)
