That's Poland pretty much done then, unless you fancy beating France.
That defense ... against NL I thought they were not too shabby, but today's game really exposed them as simply too weak.
The defense was weak, but problem began somewhere else.
It was 1:1 and pretty equal game with good and bad moment at both sides.
Than Lewandowski came into the field... That was over.
He is not the same player he was 2 years ago. Selfish. Going back for the ball like he would be a playmaker, but he isn't. Zero teamwork.
When he is going back, he can't be in rivals defense line at the same time, so it's easier for rivals to defend.
When he is going back than Zielinski disappears, Lewandowski kills Zielinski's atributes.
When he is going back it is obvious that he will apss to the defenders or to the wingers - so easy to defend for rivals.
Without him our team is less predictable.
And it is like that since begining of euro qualifiers.

He does obstruct the option for the GK to dive. He also realises that as soon as he sees the ball going in, it's visible on his behaviour.
On the other hand, there's no way the GK could have made the dive in time.
But as the latter is impossible to prove, VAR / referee have to look at the first situation and thus cancel the goal for position offside ...

Lukaku is a good striker. I feel the AS Roma is not the optimal team for him.
Belguim-Romania was a good match. And one of my favourite Europian midfielder Tielemans got a goal:)

I don't see Germany losing to Switzerland, drawing maybe, so Germany win the group. With 4 points Switzerland are through whether they finish 2nd or 3rd. 2nd more likely because...
Scotland are not going to beat Hungary. They might get a draw but that won't be enough because 2 points isn't getting you one of the best 3rd spots. Hungary need to win and I think they will.

Spain have the group tied up and even if they put out their reserves, they're not going to lose to Albania.
Italy Vs Croatia is the decider but only for Croatia I think. Italy are through unless they get hammered and if there's one team that know how to park the bus, it's Italy. Croatia win or they go home and I really don't know what to think about Croatia so far. Defensively they look poor, they aren't controlling games and they look off the pace. On performances so far, I think you'd say Italy to win but I'm not sure.

I firmly believe that you'll see a very different England against Slovenia and they'll win comfortably.
Denmark against Serbia? Every time I back Serbia they disappoint me and they've been hugely disappointing, but I never learn. I think Denmark lack goals and that's where Serbia shouldn't be failing. Serbia finally turn up, win, take 2nd place and Denmark go out in 3rd on 2 points.

Netherlands and France are through regardless and I think Austria as well with 3 points. France will beat Poland, so it's Austria vs Netherlands for 3rd place and I have to say I'm really looking forward to that game. Both teams have been much better than I expected and I think Austria could spring a surprise but I'll back Netherlands. France probably take the group on goal difference.

Who the hell knows what's going to happen here. Belgium look like they've showed up and that should worry everyone, they're wasteful but they'll beat a Ukraine team that's equally wasteful.
Romania have been great to watch and I don't reasonably see them losing or even drawing against a perfectly uninspiring Slovakia. Head to head record means Belgium take the group, Romania 2nd and Slovakia 3rd.

Portugal are beating Georgia, who had their chance to get out of this group in the last seconds against the Czechs and blew it.
Turkey vs Czechs? I honestly don't know. Turkey are inconsistent, Czechs are solid but unspectacular. I think Turkey are through regardless but I suspect the Czechs win this and take 2nd.
So that leaves.... Croatia and Denmark/Slovenia in the unfortunate 3rd place spots. Which leaves
