Snooker is a cue sport that is played on a large baize-covered table with pockets in each of the four corners and in the middle of each of the long side cushions. A regulation (full-size) table is 12 ft × 6 ft (3.6 m x 1.8 m). It is played using a cue, one white ball (the cue ball), 15 red balls (worth 1 point each) and 6 balls of different colours (worth 2–7 points each).

Is there anybody who like play or watch for this sport?:) My favourity player is Marc Selby ;]

I think so.

I like playing with friends :) but I don't follow it in TV... I used to follow it when I was at the USA (there were matches very often in ESPN)

I sometimes watch the big tournaments in eurosport,i really like it.

i remember learning a little--very, very, little--about snooker years ago. It is like pool, but different. All I remember now (30 years later) is it was interesting and fun.

Pool is not so difficult as Snooker .

But I Like Pool :)

I prefer snooker having been playing it since i was 5, pool is too simple for my liking.

Snooker isn't played by many outside of the UK + Ireland though.

Although because of Ding, it is getting more popular in China.

It used to be reasonably big in Australia but that didnt last. The game is huge in China at the moment.
