Onderwerp: Transfer fee for players above 23y is wrong (10%)

If you are selling a player above 23y the transfer fee is supposed to be 5%, however it is currently 10%, which is the same as when you are selling players equal or below 23y.
I checked that the bug is present for at least 3 seasons, this is the 4th one. At the beginning of 2023 the fee is 5% as expected.
Appologies if this is part of the financial reform and I have missed it, however the "How to play" section still refers to 10% fees for players up to 23y and 5% for players above that age.
