When I improved my coach from solid to formidable I went several weeks with nothing.

sorry, i havent explained very well, i was talking about calculation of the players skills on the day of graduation

I have not yielded a good youth since recruiting a formid coach....I think it is just random and therefore a coincidence. I have seen an improvement in junior training speeds though, albeit not for all players.

random. pffft.

i hate random.

Unless a rich defender trainer shows some interest then I'll probably keep him and give him technique this season.

I will now have an outstanding in 25 weeks (guy popping every 6 weeks).

I've got an incredible coming in 3 weeks (now outstanding+3 popping every 5th week) and an incredible coming in 17 weeks (excellent+1 popping every 5th week.

may as well give you the series title now then :)
