@Unifex: sorry to disappoint you, I'm 99% sure his next pop will be after 4 weeks, players don't pop every 3 weeks in youth squad, never happened before, so probably won't happen to you.
But on the other hand, if he'll pop every 3.5 weeks (meaning twice every 7 weeks) he could pop 8 more times, so he could make it to unearthly. He'll surely reach magical though.
