Shouldn't matter too much though, better than a Polish trainee in the long run :).

Average + 0 - was a weak 2 when he arrived - so not sure on the talent as he was lucky not to be rejected - I kept him for a week then forgot about him. Luckily for him he had popped this week(his third week I guess).
Think I'll fire him anyway just posted him here for whoever itis that was keeping a record.

ill fire the tragic obviously. but is the unsatisfactory 32 worth keeping? if hes talented he could be alright im thinking?

question regarding YP age. How old are the players when they arive at my youthschool? is it between 16-19 years old or 16-20?

i had 4 tragic players on unsat and one average..

I'm not entirely sure, but I think they all start off at 16, and every 14-16 weeks they age by a year. The end of season age increase doesn't affect them, unless they're ready to promote but still in your youth squad.

If they're talented they'll be really good by the time they're ready :-)

30 weeks is a long wait, but it's going to be worth it with quite a few promising players ready at the same time!
