These gyus joined my YP-school today. Besides those a hopeless 4 and a tragic 9 ariveed, but they are fired.

A good 15 and an average and poor both 29 aswell as a couple of hopeless players. Kepping the first 2 and the poor to see how talented he is

very lucky :)

Mine were dire this week, ave 5 was the best, if he doesn't level on Thurs he goes out the door.

my best was ave 2 :S i'll keep him because 2 weeks isn't much. i hope that he will be adequate when pulled. if lucky then some young gk for example, if not-sacked

Average 9, Hopeless 20. Both gone.

Hopeless 12, hopeless 20, and slightly better, an average 34.

Would anyone keep a weak 33? That was my best this week..

yep I would. Keep him until you find out how talented he is and then make up your mind. Im doing the same thing right now.

Plucking a figure out of the air, if a conservative estimate of how long a player takes to pop is 7 weeks, then a weak 33 might be solid/very good by the time he's ready - higher if he's talented.

I try to keep any players that have a chance of being solid or above - less than this you seem to get very little money for selling them.

I'd get rid of Gladwin and Stubbins if I were you, as you'll get next to nothing when it comes to selling them - unless he's particularly talented I don't think Gladwin will be higher than adequate/good when he's ready.

Fair play though if Stubbins will be your 1st youth and you want to keep him becuase of that ;)
