Onderwerp: »[JNRS] Junior Schools

wow - that's something I can only dream about !!. I've had my junior school for a couple of seasons and don't think I've made more than 10,000 in total from my sales. I've had an incredible coach for most of that time on wages of over 12,000 a week so you can see how much money I've been losing and I've had to sell some senior players along the way just to keep afloat - in the vain hope I might pull a decent junior to make it all worthwhile - but no such luck. Even the one player I had that looked pretty decent (who at one point was outstanding while in the junior school) only sold for 3,000 last week when he came out of the juniors.

It was getting to the point where I was in danger of going broke so I've had to let the junior school.

I am gutted you didn't get a decent junior :(

Having the school 2 seasons that means in my book you would have just missed or will get a proper good junior very soon .... only takes 1 , but i would put a brilliant coach there, make some money first quickly in the transfer market forget about your current team and concentrate on the future.... if you don't you will have old players loose money and maybe leave soon :(

I've talked to quite a few without schools in the past like nothis, he has made millions 2.1 from 1 junior alone (which i now no was worth more like 3 million) from having a school open 3 odd seasons.

At first you have to log in a lot and use the transfer market to make money aswell as having the junior school , i hope you work it out soon or you will most probably leave after loosing money all the time having old players etc.

I used to always have to sell an older player (back in 2008) until i had 12 players left if need be (to work on the youngsters via training and Junior school) & i made a lot of transfer's (in's & out's) to get there quicker.

my latest addition needs a bit of work but im on it ;) knackers my training striker plans tho :( means my other 19-20 yr olds now get trained too. I dont think next season will be as good as last but hopefully will be worth it. With 3 formidable/outstanding poss incredible 18 yr olds looming i will hopefully enjoy having a junior school, i can see howies point as i was there 3 seasons ago but now enjoy seeing my junior matches as much as main games ;P

I did not sell these players straight out of Junior School; they were trained and sold at those prices... and just dont go bankrupt.

nothis naar nothis
im hoping im lucky again......... ;)

Ivor Law 17 outstanding outfield 4

Jackie Poole 17 formidable outfield 5

Gubby Fairclough 17 incredible outfield 6

Gubby Fairclough could really be a nice early 18yo, of course the other 2 could be decent too.

My best hope for 2 seasons is:

Elliot Frankcombe 16 very good outfield 8

At the rate he's gone up he will easily be Formidable but i am hoping for Outstanding & then again he could just drop 1 so bar set at Formidable for him.

Has anyone got any decent looking Goal Keepers coming through there Junior Schools?

We need more badly, BuzzyL [Beer Is Not An Excuse] is ready and waiting to train another 1..

I am aware of Stevie Thackery 16

Jon Workman, age: 38

club: Southend FC, country: England,
value: 346 650 £, wage: 3 390 £,
superdivine form, solid tactical discipline,
height: 175 cm, weight: 76.7 kg, BMI: 25.04
bookings:
solid stamina tragic keeper
formidable pace weak defender
incredible technique good playmaker
solid passing incredible striker

Statistics:
Official matches: 282
Goals in official matches: 616
Assists in official matches: 67
Matches for national team: 51
Goals for national team: 49
Assists for national team: 6

The man that had a big hand in the making of Southend FC returns home, i sold him aged 20 or 21 to wpd74 for £5.2 mill.

Even though we have not seen eye to eye i have always respected Jimmy Doughnut [secretly] for keeping Terry Bensted all this time.
Will mr Gibbage ever sell Andrew Hursted? if he does maybe he'll want him back too :D

I wonder do they go on and on if you don't retire them, be nice if stats stayed and they turned into coaches otherwise i will keep him till he dies [i will never retire him] :D sentimental to the max , i will be getting Vale back one day too :D

They are the best 2 i have ever had and will have them stay here for my life hopefully although i hope to out live them , they are like my family ;)

So Qstarw does Jon Workman get a call up? ;) i bet you'll want Summerfield back one day if you ever sell him that is.

Hursted will go, even though he is a beast of a defender. Best I've ever had. Criminally undercapped though so could have been better. I'll still never understand how he picked up so few U21 caps.

I think as time has gone by I have become progressively more ruthless with becoming attached to players.
