This is how i do it:

Dan Stay 18 excellent outfield 2

[Stay could be the bare minimun requirement for me which is Formidable]

Mick Eyre 17 good outfield 4

[Eyre has an outside chance of bare minimun requirement for me which is V. Good]

Troy Skeels 17 very good outfield 6

[Skeels still has a chance he will be a formidable 17yo all beit an old 17yo]

Ernie Sharpley 18 excellent outfield 8

[will be the 1st week 19yo and could be outstanding, needs a good skill Distribution]

Colin Bradley 17 adequate outfield 8

[a 1st week 18yo probably V. Good at best may sack if dosnt improve next week]

Nathan Farthing 17 good outfield 11

[Farthing could be a Formidable 18yo if pops next week]

Johnny Cable 17 average outfield 13

[Only got this week so will remain here a couple of weeks to see what he does]

Joe Watts 18 good GK 17

[I am in junior divison 2 & want to stay competitive, unfortunatly he is my only keeper or i'd 100% sack him]

Joshua Lawrie 16 poor outfield 22

[Has a chance of being Formidable 17yo all be it the last week of the season 17yo]

Garth Cunningham 16 average outfield 27

[Have had Cunningham 2 weeks he has gone up 1 and could be a nice 18yo anywhere from Excellent - Brilliant]

Freddie Tugby 16 weak outfield 32

[Have just got Tugby he could be a interesting 18yo anywhere from Excellent - Magical]

I've withdrawn from my junior league. I'm still keeping my junior school, I'm simply not bothering to play the matches.

Add Mario to that list...might as well sack Dion who is ready to give a contract too. As 16y weak ain't gonna be much cop.

Ok - thanks - two sacked

I'll sack the other two next week - as I've joined the league & need min 11 players

I have 2 open slots in my junior team but didn't get anyone to fill them today. Is that normal ?

just sold honeybun one of my players from my junior school. would have loved to have kept him but the finances in div 3 after relegation last season decided otherwise. He sold for £2.1million which helps towards survival this season. I know a lot of teams have either decided not to start a junior squad because of cash outlay and for weeks/months it can seem a waste of time.Mansid persuaded me to keep my junior squad and try to bring more english talent through for our national game. It just shows with a little patience and good advice the benefits of having a junior school. Thank you Mansid ;) (hopefully i can keep my next prodigy) good luck to honeybuns new manager and i hope he can train him well ;)

£2m is cash you couldn't dream of generating in the lower leagues. No, not everyone is going to be that lucky, but to me, the benefits of having a school outweigh not having one, but most of all, it's still the biggest buzz you get playing Sokker.

I'm still hoping i'll pull another Bensted, only been waiting 22 seasons.

Glad you got him as you like the game as much as me & thanks for the prop's.

We thought Honeybun was good, look at this monster from Italy:

Gaudenzio Petrocchi , age 16
value: 46 800 £
wage: 660 £
Current bid: 4 200 003 £

end of bidding: 2015-02-10 20:10
unsatisfactory stamina tragic keeper
good pace hopeless defender
solid technique tragic playmaker
unsatisfactory passing very good striker
2015-02-09 10:05:15
He is one of the best 16yo pulls i've ever seen.
2015-02-09 11:01:12
Exactly what i thought, so this must be a formidable 16yo and the holy grail of youth pulls with Top skill distribution.

Honeybun was an Excellent youth pull & 3 x Adquete, but they were close to Goods as took him 4 weeks training to get to 3 x Goods

Can you put [JNRS] before the title of this thread? please, i don't have the power, if you would that would be much appreicated.
