You've got a really good team, Piotr, you must be cruising in Div 3. Good enough for Div 2. Fair enough, the old players made the difference but the young ones look very good.

Thank you, but as you correctly observed, the impact of the two senior players made a significant difference, enabling me to secure the win. This approach serves as an effective strategy for attempting to build a team for the future. While I continue to train the younger players, witnessing their steady improvement week by week, I can now approach the results with greater confidence. My current plan revolves around aiming for promotion by one level, all the while maintaining a focus on the ongoing development of our younger talents.

Blimey, your answer is proper Bing Chat.

Good luck in the cup, it's yours to win it, Piotr, now that you knocked me out. Shame I didn't have any old players to line up against you. I guess my strategy is not as effective as yours and this is costing me now, not winning the FA Cup. Am I even attempting to build a team for the future? I'm not sure, I'm making silly mistakes, like giving my young players golden minutes in a competition that is already finished before it started. As for approaching the results with greater confidence, it's not the same as I'm not going through the same roller coaster as you playing in that poised environment in Div 3.

I envy you, mate, I'm achieving so little compared to you. And I so wish I had a couple of 30 years old players, damn!

Jensen, in my opinion, there's no other way than training young players. They improve every season, and with the help of a few experienced ones, we can think about better potential for the future. Building a team solely on older players is not the path to success, so it's not worth investing too much in them. Consistency in pursuing our goals is crucial.
