In just a little while, we're playing the decisive match against Italy for advancement from the group stage. I feel the emotions tied to this game. I'll be deeply disappointed if we don't secure that advancement. Nonetheless, I still have hope that we will achieve it.

I want to prepare a new generation of players for the World Cup, which is why I won't be playing matches with 21-year-old players anymore. In reality, I want to give as much playing time as possible to the U19 players because they will be the ones shaping England's future in the next edition of the World Cup.

The reason is very simple... not everyone knows how to train, especially as the game changes from week to week - and apart from the forum, this is not communicated anywhere.
That's why England is nice material for a top team, you just need to get it together here and make a nice team :)

My team was put together over a long time with a long term plan. It’s getting to the end of that phase and will be weaker again soon.
