My team was put together over a long time with a long term plan. It’s getting to the end of that phase and will be weaker again soon.

Those stats are interesting, we are a lot weaker than Argentina.

Mine was hitting 70+ but I've shipped out some of the older players so taken a bit of a hit.

My old team as you know was a comfortable 70+

There isn't vast depth in England. A lot of the older users who could bring in 70+ ratings have gone.

I would doubt Argentinas too League is on average younger than our top sides. One is still relatively young compared to some.

I agree with you. The potential in England is incredibly huge, but sometimes it may seem like it's not fully utilized. However, I can see that the situation is changing, and by working together, we can build an even stronger and more competitive team.

Unity is key to achieving success. When building a national team, it's not just about the players' individual skills, but also about their cooperation and the commitment of the entire team to a common goal. Together, we can achieve more.

The gaps between the leagues are increasing again.
Prem is at 63.3 average individual marks,
II.01 is at 55, II.02 at 52.8 and II.03 at 52.7,
III.01 (best) at 27.4 to III.07 (worst) is at 22.6.

Argentina (to follow the above example):
second division between 61.1, 60.8, and 58.6
third division is between 35.3 (worst) and 45.7 (best)

only 5 second division English teams are above their worst average: Timisoara 65.8, Kingsway 62.3, Padstow 61.1, Anfield 59.2, CanOnlyGetBetter 58.6. None of the II.02 teams are above their worst average!!! Only 3 above their best average.

Worst Premier individual marks (Colne 57.1) is below worst average of their second division. Only 8 Premier teams are above their best second division average. And. as stated before, only 1 (Thamesmead) is above their first division average. Their lowest average marking is 68. Only 2 Premier teams are better (Thamesmead 74.0 and Legia 68.7)

To conclude: find another league. We're no match to the Argentinians. They're at least one hand above us :))))

next season is qualifying so you'll need Townsend still? will he still get friendly caps this season as he's a decent talent, I know you get no training but you get statistics still,

Musk will play friendlies next season I am guessing? he will be decent by then

Townsend is the star of the team for today, and I will base my tactics around him.
