theres none .......... i checked ;)

But i agree let BR leave with his head high, he qualified for the u21 wc and has looked after a lot of u21 players from lots of clubs (and his own ;) , lol kidding ) but i do agree we should be thanking for all his hard work.

thank you and good luck for your next adventure ;)

Brian, thank you for trusting me and that you shared the information with me and even though the advancement towards the world cup, you want to resign in representing the continuation of U21. Thank you for your work and i hope you will continue the support towards the English teams.

I would like to say how surprised in a positive way, that many people responded when i asked towards the skills of English players.

My first glance is that in order to reach a higher rank you need more defenders. I have an idea but i will not share yet. I think this formation of defenders are the key to make the team better. I hope we can continue the support and work in the future.

Piotr you have my support as BR did before I was unhappy with a few factual things that I challenged him on. I did expect BR to try and participate at the Wc but as he alludes to I guess we do not have a good group of players coming through at 20 yrs old. I stated above I now have none as far as England trainees under 21 years old. I think it is key to try and get more people to start schools.......

I am currently getting material for the database, i will share them once done. Opening a new junior school is important but you have to change the way you train your players. I will propose something in the new section, but you'll have to wait for it.

You can make suggestions now, the chances are you will be the next manager. I cannot think ion any reason why you wouldn't be guaranteed it to be honest. You have my vote.......and I wanted you to run last season. ;)

I do think it is jumping the gun a bit to be starting prep without having the job though. Would have my vote mind, but something about counting chickens before they hatch.

I guess so.....

I knew a bloke once who counted his chickens before they hatched,.....as baby crocodiles.

As I said .....there are none...what you need is what you can get people to produce from now ;)

Good luck

What do you want him to be? Surely defender is the only option now?
