Looking at the U21 Squad, although results dont look great....... the players that the U21 manager has promoted and Produced are looking good ;)
he has done a fantastic job of bringing them forward :P

i am hoping to take them a step forward.............

Yes .. the time has come .. after last very weak season I am forced to leave England U21 ..

I want to thank you all .. thank you for giving me a chance .. thank you for the support I received after defeats, for believing in me .. for everything ..

it was a great three seasons for me. the last one was bad in terms of results.

I'm not saying goodbye to England U21. I say see you later. I'd like to play England u21 at WCU21 and hope to come back someday and I will.

even though I will not be a U21 coach anymore, I want to continue to help you train young players.

You have a great community. thank you again.
